Experiencia fantástica: From the moment that Jake reached out to me, he was very professional, prepared, and did his due diligence to provide me with the proper information to be able to list my Property appropriately. I explained to him the important things for me would be constant communication and update’s which he excelled at! There wasn’t a time that I reached out to Jake that he didn’t get back to me within a couple hours if not immediately. Jake is the guy you want to sell your property! He gives 100% satisfaction or your money back. He agreed to list my property with a 24 hour notice get out of jail free clause of the contract. He was also willing to accept a 90 day contract at no charge to me if I chose to get out of the contract. Jake does a lot of reverse emailing and communicating with all the local realtors and did his utmost at promoting my property. Jake was not my first choice of realtors. I had originally listed with a different realtor who charged me fees to get out of the contract when he did not do as promised, even though there was nothing in the contract that stated I would have to pay to get out of the contract, but he would not release my property so that I could relist it unless I paid the fee so beware of other realtors who have hidden agendas!!! Jake was my final choice once I got out of my contract with the first Realtor, and I had interviewed several other realtors who didn’t seem to be as hungry or interested in the property as Jake was so ultimately I chose Jake and I’m so glad I did! Jake pays attention to details in as much due diligence as I did. Once I listed with Jake, in two weeks, I had 17 showings and had several offers on the property during that time. Sale was within this timeframe. I learned a lot through the process and realize that there are several things that you can negotiate on closing costs and fees please do your due diligence when you list a property to make sure you know what you are responsible for and what the charges are for. I was very involved in the closing of my property and looked over every figure carefully. Also realize that you do not need to pay everything that several things can be negotiated at lower cost. Read every line on your closing documents because the Title companies will add things that you don’t approve in advance when dealing with buyers.
