They are great about communication; kept me in the loop every step of the way and was quick to respond to any call, text, or email I sent. Sounds simple right? But it wasn't. They went above and beyond to get my old home sold. It needed A LOT of work done! They found a buyer almost immediately and got a purchase agreement with all the things listed that the buyer wanted/needed fixed. They found good contractors to get all the work done; and it got done fast! They got everything taken care of which was amazing for me because I'm a single mom to very energetic 5 year old twins, and getting all of that done myself would have taken forever. It only took about 2 months for all of this to happen; from buying my home to closing on the sale of my old home.
