Tried to show my paper for my dog but it got declined . The lady didn't even bother looking at the piece of paper

Experiencia negativa: This is the way Team Pagosa and owner Arun Mehra believe their properties should be maintained. If I could rate them -5 stars, I would. OWNERS beware of how irresponsible this property management service is with your rentals. RENTERS beware of TP’s greedy ways! Completely unethical and a pathetic excuse for a realtor. This is on move in day…Got the keys and this is what we found! Lease was signed WAY before ever gaining entry. The unit was vacant ten days before obtaining access. Unauthorized pets and residents…That’s another lack of morality. Extortion, wow, more like SCAM. Your true colors shining bright because pictures speak LOUDER than words…

Experiencia fantástica: I only wish they provided more stars to rate them even higher. These people truly care about their clients and go several extra miles to provide extra service. My partner was exhibiting symtoms that could possibly have been attributable to mold. Team Pagosa worked extraordinarily hard without prompting to find someone who could verify that there was no mold problem here. I highly reccomend Laura and Kymberley for their professionalism and caring.

Experiencia fantástica: We recently stayed at Cozy Elk Escape for a father/son ski trip. The house is absolutely awesome. It is three levels and has everything that you could want or need. All of the rooms are nice and well furnished. The boys loved the bunk room. They also had a great time sledding on the hills near the house and climbing the rock wall on the back of the house. Everything is labeled in the kitchen and it is well stocked with every appliance and/or utensil you could need. It is a short drive to Pagosa Springs which has several grocery stores and some great dining options. Wolf Creek Ski Resort is close. The skiing at Wolf Creek is out of this world - as good as you will find in Colorado.

Experiencia positiva: We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only hiccup was we had some issues with accessing the property due to key issues and a missing email about entrance information. However, the management always answered our calls and had a solution for us. So that made things easier for us. Property is nice. Great location. We enjoyed our stay.

Experiencia negativa: Our experience with this PM company was underwhelming and annoying. We had a long-term rental for 11 months. The only good part was that the tenants paid on time. There was no pro-active communication from TP, there were at least three PMs during this time. Discrepancies on the monthly pay out were never explained so we had to call regularly to find out what they were doing. Upon tenant move out, there were several things damaged. TP paid for several of the items but not all and the things that were repaired by TP (e.g., blinds, bedroom door) were poorly done. The blinds are still broken and the door hangs worse than the original. It was also annoying that we had to keep track of all the work that needed to be done and continuously follow up. Again, no pro-active communication. I suspect you can find much better service elsewhere. Just because a business has been in business for a long time doesn't mean they're good. Look for someone else.

Experiencia fantástica: Finding the right realtor can be a tough part of finding a home. We struggled for months dealing with used carmen type realtors. Then Chris and Tony Kauffman were miraculously brought to our lives. They are down to earth, educated and all around amazing people. We would have not found such an outstanding first home without them!

The homes were in great shape, fully stocked, and very comfortable. Their team was very easy to work with and very responsive during the COVID breakout and was there to help with anything and everything we needed. I will definitely look to book through them if I go back to Pagosa Springs.

Experiencia fantástica: Laura and Team Pagosa went above and beyond! We recently spent a week in Pagosa Springs and it was amazing! Our rental was perfect, located between the town and Wolf Creek Ski, easy access to both. I have never stayed in a place that was as well stocked as this one. From cleaning supplies, to spices, we had plenty of everything. The garage was useable and big enough for the 2 cars. Laura was easily available thru text or phone call if we had any questions. We would definitely use Team Pagosa again and cant wait to come back next year!

Experiencia fantástica: My family moved to Pagosa Springs back in March and Team Pagosa had some great rentals. So we chose to rent with them. the house was clean and if there is ever a problem the send some one quick. it's been around a year and i'm super happy they are our reality company.

Experiencia fantástica: We rented from Team Pagosa for two years in our first condo in Pagosa. They are AWESOME. If we ever needed any maintenance attention, they were always prompt. My wife fell outside of our condo one day due to ice, she was 8 months pregnant. Team Pagosa immediately came over and built us our very own deck and removed all snow and ice. It was over-the-top nice. They also have the best vendors in town.

Experiencia fantástica: Team Pagosa is the BEST! We had a lot of family come to town for my sister's wedding and Team Pagosa was able to accommodate all of them. They even went above and beyond and provided them with local tips on hiking trails and restaurants. Extremely friendly staff!

Experiencia negativa: We stayed at House in the Pines (3BR/2BA) for 3 nights in early January 2020. Check in time is 4pm and we arrived at approximately 4:15pm. The housekeeper was still finishing her duties (she was nice enough but it was still strange bringing all of our stuff in with a stranger in the house). We had even called before hand and informed them we'd be there right at 4 so we were a bit surprised it wasn't ready. That being said, the house was clean and orderly. Unfortunately, we immediately realized the hall bathroom toilet was not functioning properly and would not allow you to flush unless you removed the lid and manually closed the flap. After allowing the tank to fill you could flush, but then had to again manually close the flap or it would run endlessly. With 4 people sharing this bathroom (2 of which are under 7 years old so they cannot remove the lid safely) we needed a resolution. We called Team Pagosa and I spoke to a man who assured me he'd have someone out the following day to fix the problem. Nobody ever came, and nobody reached out to us again. Given that it was a short trip we decided not to persist with our request for it to be fixed. Essentially, we thought we rented a 2 bathroom home, and instead got a 1 bathroom home. To make it more frustrating, there is a log on the refrigerator for inspection comments. The three guests prior to us all noted the same issue with the hall toilet. This means that Team Pagosa continues to rent out the property without getting the issue fixed. Between the three previous renters and myself, Team Pagosa was notified FOUR times of the toilet problem over approximately 2 weeks. This is unacceptable. Other issues such as mice were also noted multiple times (and we heard them as well). I wrote Team Pagosa via their website once we returned home. I wanted them to know about our feedback so they could do better in the future. I included all the above details. I never received a response from Team Pagosa which is why I'm writing this review. The toilet issue was a real pain, but complete disregard for customer satisfaction is what frustrates me the most. I would not recommend Team Pagosa and will not use them in the future.

Experiencia negativa: I tried to rent a small apartment for me and my fiancé to stay at for her birthday, it looked really nice and was a good price. I paid for the reservation, received a confirmation email, scheduled other fun things to do in town while we should be there.. and then I get a call and email letting me know that the place I have already paid for and planned my trip around is being canceled because it was actually unavailable during the dates I had selected. If you’re running a rental agency I would hope that you have your dates in order so there are no conflicts. This ruined things for me and I would highly recommend you do not give this company your business, unless you’re okay with paying for a place you can’t even stay at.
