Experiencia negativa: Worst. Realtors. Ever. We listed our home in September with Deborah Kane. That was pretty much the last time we saw or heard from her. She has 60 listings, and has assistants do her work. Once you sign on, she waits for the house to sell itself and then collects the commission. In close to 7 months, we had 2-3 open houses and maybe 3 private showings. Zero communication from the realtor. One of her assistants was late to an open house and I really didn’t even feel comfortable leaving her in my home alone. Meanwhile the home across the street sold in less than a month, in February! (Their agent is Jen Mascaro with Coldwell Banker, btw.) Bottom line - run, don’t walk away from this company. They do nothing to market your home.
