Experiencia fantástica: I came across Brian McHone while browsing online for a house. My now husband and I were just generally looking at the time. I had submitted my info on Brian's website so I could view homes online and save my searches. He called me the next day to touch base, I told him we were in the very early stages of looking and were not ready to be serious in home shopping for at least another year. He was so great to talk with on the phone; not pushy at all, and asked me a few general questions. When I told him my soon to be husband was a US Army Vet, he told me that he had worked with Ryan Hall at First Residential Mortgage and that Ryan was well versed in the VA Home Loan. This contact was invaluable in securing a great interest rate that later allowed us to buy our dream home! I emailed Brian beginning of July 2021 when we were ready to start seriously looking for a home. We got gotten notice that our rent was increasing in October and that we needed to commit one way or another by the end of July. I told him I wasn't sure if it was possible to find and buy a house within that time period; Brian was confident we could and he went to work! He sent me listings that met or was close to what we asked for, he took us to homes I found, and once we found a house and the viewing open was at 6pm and he was off that day, but offered to come met us to show the house because it had a lot of viewings and we needed to see it fast. He was knowledgeable in the realtor side of things, but as a home and property owner, he was also very informative about potential issues or things that added value to the house. If we wanted to change or add things, he could tell us how doable it would be or that it wouldn't add much value. When I had concerns about some of the things found in our home during the inspection, he was able to answer my questions honestly. His flawless communication with us and our lender, First Residential Mortgage with Ryan Hall, was invaluable during such an important and stressful time for us! If you want someone knowledgeable, not pushy with you, works hard, knows the business, and can give you great advice; then you want Brian McHone to help you buy or sell your home!

He even went to check out houses without me, to see if it would be a waste of my time to go look at them. I was consistently surprised at how much effort Brian put in to finding me the house that I wanted.
