She and an associate of hers parked their vehicles in front of garbage pails which were scheduled to be picked up. There are also signs posted that parking on the roadway is NOT allowed. Jennifer was loud and belligerent with an older gentleman who lives in the community when he asked her to have the cars moved. She's rude, disrespectful, and classless. There are plenty of better agents in the area.

Experiencia negativa: Here's the facts that I know and that can not be disputed by the 3 of the 4 participating parties involved in this transaction. Jen represented me on a listing of land I subdivided directly behind my house and put up for sale. The land was on the MLS for more than a year and there was a price reduction. Jen called me one day and said she had an offer. It was $10,000 less than I wanted. Jen said to me, "I had to fight to get you this price." As I had just retired I reluctantly agreed to the price. A husband and wife who just sold their house locally bought the property. The wife attended the closing on the scheduled day. The husband had signed his portion of the closing documents the day before. So I did not meet him at the closing. In the next coming weeks I had and opportunity to speak with the husband on several occasions. I wanted to offer any assistance I could while they began clearing the property in preparation for the construction of their new home. One day while I was talking to the husband and Jen Ball's name came up. The husband started to express his extremely negative opinion of Jen from some previous experience. He didn't elaborated but he did say to me, "when i saw who the listing agent was I almost didn't want to make an offer on your property." I was surprised to hear that from him. I then asked him if the negotiations were difficult. He said, "No, we put in one offer and it was accepted without a counter offer." I told him Jen had told me how she had to fight for me to get that price. He said that all he knew was they had put in one offer and it quickly accepted. This really shocked me. I had always believed that Jen was my advocate. I was also, at that time looking for a house and wanted to sell mine. Feeling that i had been lied to by Jen I asked my new neighbors for the contact information for the realtor that represented them when they purchased the property from me. They spoke highly of her and they had great confidence in her. So i began to work with their realtor who has now become my realtor. One day while she was showing a house I happened to ask her if the negotiations for the sale of my property were difficult. She replied, "No. We submitted one offer and it was accepted." I asked her if there was talk of a counter offer. She said, "No. One offer was submitted and accepted." I asked her if she or Jen engaged in a difficult or heated negotiations. She replied, "No, not all." So you draw your own conclusion as to how hard Jen had to fight for me.............................

When that site wasn’t what we were looking for, she told us about another lot across an unimproved field. Wanting to see it she was off … hightailing it through tall grasses, bramble etc focused on the goal. As I write this in our new home, that story epitomizes Jen. Focused on the customer, willing to go the extra mile, and doing it with a smile that exudes confidence and an unbelievable knowledge of her markets. Experiencia fantástica: We initially met Jennifer when we found a new neighborhood we wanted to build in. She was/is the new construction agent for the builder. We were immediately impressed with her knowledge, energy and enthusiasm. This was almost a full year prior to us needing an agent to list our home as our build was around 10 months. All along the way as we navigated through the design and building process, Jennifer continued to build our trust with her. In March of 2024 as our home was in the later stages of construction, it was time to prepare our home for sale, and in turn, find a listing agent. Despite the fact that using her seemed like a no brainer, we did interview 2 other agents. Plus I had some trepidations in using the builders agent for our sale. Ultimately the trust we had built in her over the last 10 months or so, in addition to her presentation on WHY she should be our selling agent, led us to choosing her. The team of people in her network were all top tier. The photos and drone footage were nothing short of spectacular. We listed on 4/29/24. It was a Monday. We had 5 showings on day 1.
