Experiencia negativa: Tried to get me to list my home for $40,000 less than I wanted too. He even sent me multiple other houses that were priced too low to get me to list low. Needless to say, I went with another realtor and she priced my house without knowing what Remax priced it as, the exact price I knew it was valued. Folks you are looking at him flipping houses real fast for a big commission. I sold my house in less than 2 weeks by no other than his son (who had a buyer) Coincidence …Seller beware!!
