She met Chris, while looking for her house with her fiancé. She mentioned to him I was considering moving out there as well and so he told her that he would be happy to help me and started sending me listings right away. We were tired of paying rent and not having the quality of life that we were expecting, due to living under the landlords rules. He got right back to us on any questions we had and most importantly was very honest with us on the pros and cons of the home we ended up buying.
