Experiencia negativa: DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR! They WILL NOT return your security deposit! David Ma owns a property management company under the same name that is out to screw tenants out of their hard earned money. David Ma's employee, Stacy Evans, tried to bully me into paying for utilities and to show the property, even after the utilities were taken out of my name and the keys turned over. I have been out of the property since February 1, 2019, and to date (April 4, 2019) I have not had an explanation or any type of documentation provided stating the reason(s) my security deposit is being held. If you are able to get a hold someone at the office to actually answer the phone, you will be met with a rude attitude and don't bother leaving a message , as it will not be returned at all. Stacy Evans also puts agreements into writing that she later tries to retract. She kept emailing me that we would be done after I do whatever action she requested, then she would say that she cannot accommodate the agreement SHE MADE! Signature Real Estate has shown that they DO NOT operate with integrity or accuracy. By the way I have attached photos of the move-in condition of the property for your reference., It is obvious that the property is not managed well, if at all.
