She brought a lot of expertise on all aspects of home ownership and what to look for and gave great recommendations. She helped us negotiate a good deal, and once we started looking for new houses, she immediately responded any time we wanted to do a showing, and she was available for us the next day or even the same day! She helped us with writing up good offers and also provided a great listing for the house we were trying to sell.
