Experiencia negativa: We started our homebuying journey here but ended it with another agent/company. We were using a VA loan, so we knew it would take some time to find what we were looking for in this market. At first, the agent was very responsive. Then, she started sending another person in her place, and we rarely saw the main agent. In a time when houses are moving quickly, time is of the essence. There were some times when the main agent wouldn't even contact us back for a few days. We were missing opportunities to see homes and submit offers. The few times we did see the main agent, she wasn't professionally dressed. We ended up using another agent and quickly found our forever home.
