Experiencia fantástica: I've worked with a lot of real-estate people over the years and I can honestly say that Evelyn is the hardest working of anyone I've ever dealt with. Our listening was an hours drive for her and it was never a problem for her to make a showing. The first time Evelyn sold my house, (yes she sold it for me twice, long story.) I had had it on the market with 4 different local realtors. It was shown twice over a 4 year period. Evelyn sold it for full asking price in 9 months. The market was a lot tougher pre covid. 5 years later, again long story, she sold it the second time ! Needless to say, in my opinion you couldn't find a better person to list your property with. Forever Greatfull !!

We’ve had several houses we took one step in and left because she could tell there were going to be big time issues with them. With this being our first house and our current lease was expiring in April, we didn’t have the time or money to waste. Experiencia fantástica: We were living in central TX when our son found the property and met the realtor, Evelyn Dean, as she was putting up a For Sale sign. The property was just listed. Our son called us and told us about the property being available. He asked Ms Dean to hold the property until we could get from TX to Conway—an 8 hour drive away. We came, we saw, and decided the property met our needs. We started the purchase process. Ms Dean walked us through the process. We decided on a local bank and she put us in touch with someone she had worked with in the past at that bank. The property was in need for quite a few repairs. We were made aware of all. We had it inspected. There was a home warranty in place and she asked the owners to pay for a new survey of the property before we purchased and they did. We closed on the property about a month later. We bought the house as it was. We were new to the area and Ms. Dean gave us contact numbers to get various needed repairs done. We found the repairmen she recommended to be very trustworthy and the costs were reasonable. We can't say enough positive things about Ms Dean. We found her to be very helpful, extremely professional, and most honest, always keeping the sellers’ interests a priority, while making the buyers’ purchase process as easy as possible.

She cares about the customer first and what's best for them, no matter how long finding the perfect house takes. My process was 7 months of stress and frustration but she kept telling me not to give up and the perfect house for me is out there. Anyone would be blessed to have her. She is incredibly educated on not just house hunting but she is happy to answer any questions you would have when it comes to contracts and other legal issues.

Evelyn the real estate agents was always available to take a call or a text. We have had several new built houses but the attention to detail on our new house surpasses all of them.
