Your only limitation is you, residents of the unit you want to see, and if Zac has another showing. I never waited more than a day. You have questions about a house? You're gonna get answers fast. You're ready to put in an offer? Your offer will be in ASAP. In the medical world, we're taught to see and treat the person, not just the diagnosis. To see people as people. Zac is a great example of that in his field, seeing you as a person and not just a paycheck. He takes the time to get to know what you want in a house and seeks those out for you, and really helps dig in to each place to help you decide if it's right for you. I think I texted him to see as many houses as he texted me! He doesn't quit even after the job is done, either. After I closed, he's been invested in my experience and checked every week to see how things are going. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

When I bought my house at 19 I felt very taken advantage of by my previous realtor who made me feel like I was a waste of her time. She rushed me into a home by even recommending I not get a home inspection as she said it would be a waste of money since the home was newly remodeled (even though it was built in 1938). You utilize the knowledge and expertise of someone who works hard and knows how the market operates. Zac Davis is extremely knowledgable, talented, and easy to work with. He gets stuff done like no other realtor I've ever met or worked with in the past. Unlike most realtors I've worked with, he actually cares about what his clients need and he works to help them accomplish their housing goals; whatever they may be. Moreover, he helps his clients sometimes see the part of the picture that they may be missing. After the sale of our starter home and the purchase of our home in Chubbuck, ID (also completed with Zac) he stayed in contact over the next two years and that really impressed me. Once it came time to sell again I knew that Zac had to be the first person I would approach. That was definitely not a mistake. Through a quite simple analytical approach we met together and worked out a plan to sell our house. We looked trends in the market and analyzed several parameters that helped us list the property at the right price. In less than four days we accepted an offer above asking price and it wouldn't have happened if Zac didn't take the time to investigate what the market was doing in our area. We've worked with Zac previously in 2020 just before the housing prices skyrocketed and he helped us transition from our starter home (which needed some love and attention) to something more suitable for our family's needs.
