Experiencia negativa: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this realtor. From the beginning, it was clear his priority was his commission rather than looking out for my best interests. He was overly salesy... and seemed more focused on closing deals than helping me find a home that truly suited my needs. One major issue was that he claimed there were multiple offers on a house I liked and pushed me to offer $30,000 over the asking price. Later, I found out that there was only one offer ...mine. This felt deceptive and raised serious concerns about his ethics. When searching for homes, he only showed me properties listed by his friends at his brokerage. These homes were not only outside my budget, but many also needed extensive work (about $100,000 in renovations). If I asked about negotiating the price, he would tell me there wasn’t much wiggle room, offering no support or strategy in making a fair deal. It became clear that his goal was to steer me towards homes that benefited his network rather than finding the best deal for me. I would not recommend him to anyone based on my experience. When the house closed he did not even call me. I had to call him and did not know how the process worked. Very unprofessional and would not recommend him.
