Experiencia fantástica: Patrick is a very reliable and trustworthy realtor.  He made our process so easy from us making an offer to buy our home, helping us understand the paperwork, making sure we turned in things on time, and the list goes on.  There are so many other realtors we could have gone with, but we knew Patrick was the one from the time he first met with him.  After dragging him through the process of showing us 21 homes he still was very professional and never skipped a beat, when we eventually decided to buy the first home we looked at (Sorry Pat).  He is very thorough in his information.  We actually closed on our house 02/26/2020......so yeah you're looking at the right date if you're reading this.  I wanted to wait until our 1-year anniversary in our home to write this review, because out of all the other big purchases or decisions I have made in my life, I didn't have the opportunity to reach back out to folks and still ask questions or seek guidance.  Even with vehicles in the past, it could be a minor question just a month later and I would get the run around or the salesman is too busy or you can leave a message and he will call you back. (I never got call backs)  I wanted to have a good post buyer experience for once.  Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel that taking on 30 years of major debt should give you some type of access to the person who helped you pick up such a heavy weight and possible burden you may one day very well die with.  Needless to say Patrick has really been there for us.  We are first time homeowners, so I didn't know how things worked; like your home owners warranty, interest, PMI, city tax, fire tax, escrow, and how certain things worked.  Needless to say this guy has been there to help guide us along the way.  Just buying a house isn't the end of your journey, because after you sign those papers your journey has just begun.  So if you are looking for an amazing realtor, look no further because Patrick is it.  There is no one else out there who can help you the way he can.  PAT.......my family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.  We wish you nothing but success in the future!!!!!!!
