To begin, Tony and Herb the loan officer were very straightforward and helpful. Tony was very patient with us, he showed us house after house until we found the one. Once Tony was able to get us into escrow his whole team was amazing. Nadia, Ashly, Sara, and I’m probably missing one or two people. But they worked very hard to get us to closing day. I casually came across his Instagram one day, and I decided to reach out because he seemed so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. After our first meeting we were able to start looking at homes the following weekend. It took us nearly a year to find the perfect home, and at some point during that year, it felt like it wasn’t going to happen. However, Tony continued to encourage us and remained committed to helping us find a home. He went above and beyond every single step of the way— from brining us Starbucks to showings, to spending nearly every weekend with us looking anywhere from 8 to 10 homes. Tony remained professional and approachable all through the process— all our questions were always welcomed and answered. Initially, as a first time home buyer, the idea of purchasing a home, seemed impossible. Thanks to Tony and his team it was possible. We had been denied for a mortgage loan a few times in the past, not because of bad credit but because according to the other companies we didn’t make enough. Antonio was able to get us an amazing deal for our mortgage loan and we couldn’t be any happier. Towards the end of the closing on our home, things got a little crazy and we honestly felt like giving up; but we kept pushing through and always were on top of things as well.
