Excellent photos for listing our home. All our questions answered promptly and using words and concepts the average layperson could easily understand. When we decided to sell, I felt very stressed and overwhelmed; with Donna and Jamie guidance there were no insurmountable obstacles. Showings were scheduled the week following the property being listed. Always clear communication to ensure the house was vacant and the security system disarmed. Since we had already moved out of state, Donna and Jamie got us names for lawn care, were present for the inspection, even coordinated the repairs needed without us having to be present. The closing was done remotely using docusign and overnight FedEx. It was seamless, money made it in the bank even though it was an upcoming holiday weekend. I can't put into words my thankfulness for Donna and Jamie. They are incredible realtors, far superior to agents we have had interactions with in the past. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property; realtors don't come any better than Donna and Jamie.

So, we did a random contact after reading a couple of great reviews. Let's just say that we feel like the luckiest people alive to have them as our realators! In the past we have had bad experiences with realators so we were resistant to reach out. Once we did, we were quickly relieved! Donna has AMAZING communication skills which were necessary for us since we are out of state. We managed to come on the coldest day on record in like the past 8 years and Donna was such a trouper! An example of this would be when my wife and I were looking at a house with Jamie and Donna, we had a question of the cost of adding an exterior door to a bricked garage. Jamie could have just given us a random number for a rough estimate and went on about his day but instead he called up a contractor that he was familiar with and explained the situation and was able to give us a more accurate estimate. Honestly it is bitter sweet that they have found my wife and I our dream home, because this means we will not be spending weekends looking at houses with this lovely couple anymore. Days before closing on the house that we were selling, our buyers had to back out for medical reasons; Donna got it back on the market within a couple minutes, called previously interested buyers over the next few hours, and got it sold again that day. Donna helped to blue tape a new construction build gone wrong and help us to communicate more efficiently with the builders to get closed by our closing date.
