Experiencia fantástica: One of Audie’s new tenants just locked himself out on Easter Sunday. Audie just unlocked the door for one of him despite being in the middle of cooking Family Dinner. It’s hard to imagine a nicer landlord.
Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to update my review! I have now been at my home for a year! I cant express how much i really appreciate and value my landlord, my heat went out and it was fixed within a few hours of me calling it in, not only did they have to replace some parts but they had to have 2 different companies come out on a Saturday!! That means they care about their residents, they treat them like family! I feel safe and comfortable knowing that my landlord has my back!! I moved into my new home from Rubey Reality in November and I could not tell you how quickly I felt like I was at home. I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed in a new home before. I also would like to say that we have had some maintenance things come up, but I dont have to worry about those becoming big issues because with our landlords or rental company; they attend to those needs with excellent services and within reasonable time. My air-conditioning wasn't working correctly and with the right assessment and great people we were blessed with a new unit to insure that we were satisfied.. I would recommend my landlords any day of the week. All day ,every day, hands down! Love where I live, love that I can take pride in where I live and know that my house is taken care of!!

She showed us multiple properties and when one came available that we knew we wanted, she and Audie both went to bat for us. (The seller was beyond frustrating to work with.) However we closed today and are thrilled that we got the property of our dreams. We couldn’t have done it without Audie, Chris and Paula at Rubey Realty. I highly recommend them and would buy with them again.
Experiencia negativa: If I could of chosen a different place to rent from I would of in a heartbeat. After my 5th month being at our place I received a notice saying I'm a month behind. Called and they said I didn't make a payment even though I had a receipt. Showed it to them and they claimed they never got it. I was forced to make another payment. Upset I got over it a few days later. Another month past I got a phone call saying I'm behind again. Now pissed I took my receipt and again they claimed they never got it. I wasn't about to pay another double payment. We moved out after that. Very disappointed with this company!

Experiencia fantástica: I rented a 2 bedroom apartment almost a year ago. I have never been more pleased with Audie and his staff. I have had 2 issues so far, and both times, they were very responsive manner. The last time, I got a call from the office at 7:55am, and 20 mins later, a professional was at my door and fixed the problem. If your looking for a place to rent, and need a fair and professional landlord, this is the place.

Experiencia negativa: Listed our home with Sherrie. We moved out of state and expected her to call us to keep us in the loop of people looking at the home, and so on. Out of 8 months she never called us,without us calling her first out of discust from not hearing anything. She didn't even contact us in person about any of the closings problems that were going on, and finally even on the day of closing, of ALL DAYS!!!! You expect that there should be some communication with your client, when you charge 6 percent, not just ignore the home owners request to keep them informed. VERY DISAPPOINTED, AND DO NOT RECOMMEND. CALL SOMEONE ELSE.
