He has been fast and super flexible with my schedule on viewing, and even showed us other places we would be able to get into as well! I have never worked with a realtor as fun as him! A+++ 1000 stars!!!

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointing experience. We were given the wrong keys and had to return to the office, with no real apology. They only provided one key (the only copy) and told us not to lose it, then suggested we pay to make a copy and request reimbursement toward rent. The house was in unacceptable condition—dead roaches in the kitchen (dismissed with “a dead roach is a good roach”), bird droppings at the entrance, wasp nests, and nails still sticking out of the walls from the previous tenant, which is a safety hazard. Staff also came across as unprofessional, even speaking condescendingly to a trainee in front of us. After reading other negative reviews, it seems like they tend to be dismissive or never take accountability. I’m not posting this to go back and forth with them—I just want to warn others before they rent here. Update- they said it was the wrong company but it is not. The lease was under my husband’s name so they may not recognize mine.

Experiencia negativa: Due to one of your agents, my husband and I worked with, we will not be recommending our friends or family to come to your company for they’re real estate needs. Thanks to one of your agents you have, comes to find out they tend to lie to client’s and do things behind their client’s backs without asking them if it’s okay to do so. This specific agent also talks badly about client’s to other new client’s as well, we we’re one of the client’s who was talked badly about behind our backs. The agent we worked with I’m sure is the reason we have struggled with having our mortgage payments go through in a timely manner due to him more than likely screwing us over. We do not appreciate this type of behavior from your company from a client’s perspective. We excepted better from this company and instead got disappointed by the behavior of your agent. If this is how you think a business is supposed to run you’ve got it completely backwards. This company is 100% unprofessional. The agent I am talking about in this review is Zachery Swislosky.

Experiencia fantástica: My Broker was Mary Risley. It was Mary’s professionalism, eagerness to help and kindness that sold Her to me. Mary was very kind, attentive, responsive, professional and helped us get everything we were looking for. She even followed up after the sell was over. She went above and beyond to assist us as new buyers in such a hectic market. We even walked in on the deal having equity! As far as the overall staff at CENTURY 21 Sweyer & Associates, The receptionist at the door was always smiling and kind. The owner was AMAZING!! When we ran into an issue at closing she stepped in without any hesitation to make things happen like an Angel. It was as if she had a magic wand to grant your very wish. No matter what price range you are in or what background you have, Shirley the owner down to the greeter as you walk in, they all treated each equally and with respect and kindness. Being from NC southern hospitality is key and they delivered it like a charm. True Southern Charm CENTURY 21 Sweyer & Associates.

Experiencia negativa: One of these agents contacted me on my personal Facebook page to tell me that I had a foreclosure hearing for my rental property. I was not behind on payments but I was behind on fees, so mostly believed him. Got nervous and upset. He offered to help me with a short sale. Contacted the mortgage company in the morning, and nope. I'm all good. No foreclosure. He was wrong. Didn't even get an apology. I understand that aggressive sales tactics can work, but I don't care for this practice. Don't go out of your way to contact me at all, especially if you don't know what you're talking about. If I need your services, I'll call you (EXCEPT NOW I DEFINITELY WILL NOT.)

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would. Scott and Katie were very disappointing in our home buying process. They did not seem to have our best interests in mind, did not do their due diligence in researching the details of our home, and were completely unresponsive until we physically showed up at their office and asked for better representation. In hindsight, we should have used a different realtor the moment things seemed bad. A year after purchasing our home, so much has come to light that could have been avoiding had Scott and Katie done their job properly. We will be contacting USAA to discuss their status as preferred/recommended agents.

Experiencia negativa: After reading these reviews, I found them really helpful, as I also found myself going to them for a home a few months back & this company you would think would be grateful for every customer that walked in or called their office, but they are some of the ungrateful, and rudest people I have ever dealt with. Also, the Rachel Mills (I believe is her name in the review) she is one of their employees. She has also posted a good review with their Real Estate School site. Would Not Recommend this company

Experiencia fantástica: Great School..I just finished my post license class and at Coastal Advantage and very satisfied with the experience I had there. My instructor was amazing and helpful. She was very knowledgeable of information and made sure her students were on board and made it fun as well. I remember telling my instructor that I was lacking in a certain area and her exact words were" we'll make sure you'll get it, we will get you there". And they did, I passed the class. I would recommend anybody there. I'm also sure if I need help with anything else, it will be available to me. From the instructor or the school. She has gone above and beyond helping us find our first home. Purchasing our 1st home is definitely very scary, let alone doing it from across the country. She has seriously been amazing. Earlier in our search I had contacted a few agents from different companies and couldn't get anything back from them. Jen immediately responded and answered all of my billions of questions. She is so easy to talk to and truly makes you feel comfortable with the process. She even face timed us to do walk throughs and was completely honest about what she was seeing. Trust me go to her!!!! You won't regret it!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: If you are looking to sell your home, do your due diligence in locating the right realtor. Double check your paperwork before signing anything. We had almost no communication with our realtor from this office, the only reason I say almost is because we had to call and find out what was going on. As a business owner, customer satisfaction speaks volumes for the service you deliver which is why I gave Century 21 one star.

Experiencia negativa: I BOUGHT A HOUSE A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO. THE HOUSE LOOKED NICE, THERE WAS A FEW ISSUES THAT I TALKED TO THE SELLER ABOUT AND ONLY ONE WAS FIXED. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT. EVERY TIME IT RAINS MY BACKYARD GETS FLOODED FOR WEEKS. MY ROOF, LETS JUST SAY THAT MAYBE, AND THAT'S A STRONG MAYBE, THEY PATCHED IT. I HAVE LEAKES ALL OVER MY HOUSE NOW I GOT THE ROOF LOOKED AT AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT I NEED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE ROOF 3K+ WORTH OUT OF MY POCKET. NOT TO MENTION THAT MY HOUSE ELEVTRIC WORK WAS COMPLETLY HORRIBLE TO THE POINT THAT MY HOUSE ALMOST BURNT DOWN BECAUSE IT WAS GROUNDED WRONG. I HAD A FLOODED KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM AREA WHEN THAT HAPPENED. NOT I HAVE A BIG BLACK SPOT ON MY ROOF AND THE CEILING IS COMING OFF, NOT TO MENTION THAT NOW I HAVE MOLD AROUND MY MASTER BEDROOM AND THE BATHROOM. I CALLED THE AGENT THAT HELPED US CLOSE THE SALE AND HE DIDNT EVEN TRY TO HELP ME AND MY WIFE AT ALL, WE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT, NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING CRAZY LIKE THE PROPERTY BEING FENCED, OR REPAINTED OR THE CARPET REMODELED. ALL WE WANTED WAS A NICE LIVING AREA, NOW WE ARE STUCK WITH A HOUSE THAT ONLY GIVES US PROBLEMS. I ALREADY SPENT OVER 4000 DOLLARS JUST FIXIN THE HOUSE NOT TO MENTION THE ROOF, MY HOUSE CLEANED AFTER THE DAMAGE CREATED BY THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. WE DIDNT EVEN GET A COURTESY CALL FROM THE COMPANY TO HELP WITH THE ISSUES.

Experiencia positiva: Irina Stocker is the absolute greatest agent! She was always helpful with answering whatever questions my fiance or I had about the homebuying process. Unfortunately, due to terrible circumstances, we had to stop looking for houses, but the whole time that she was our agent, she always made herself available. She was even very helpful to my fiance who was very ill at the time, by handling an issue outside of Century 21 with a matter that involved his previous landlord. She took the time to personally contact the former realty company and have a talk to help straighten things out. Just can't thank her enough.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this place a (-⛤) I would. I am literally sitting here watching my ceiling crumble from the upstairs plumbing leaking for the 2nd time. The first time it happened me and my wife was sound asleep and all of a sudden our bedroom ceiling started cracking, leaking, and splitting!!! Now I'm dealing with the exact samething again and it's almost the middle of the freaking night!!!

I can't speak for anyone else working there but I would HIGHLY recommend using ADAM KIEFER and his assistant Fay REIDL for all of your real estate needs...They are beyond amazing and in todays world where everyone one is out for themselves, these two truly care about their clients. They keep you up to date on everything and I had to do very little in the process. They have a very professional and proactive style. GO SEE THEM!!! YOU WONT BE SORRY!

I was even sent a list of houses to choose from but after I sent the list back and the guy said he got it nothing else happened. Called and waited and still nothing after I told him the other 21st century did the very same thing! He assured me he would find me the right house after his vacation

Experiencia negativa: Another terrible experience. We're moving across country, and my wife is there by herself trying to find some place for us to live. She was working with a woman named Jane Burger who told her that she didn't have time to help my wife find a place to live, that she should just ride around and find something herself. She also said that she wasn't making any money on us renting and that we should just buy something, even though we aren't sure we're staying in Jacksonville. My wife asked to apply for a particular house on several occasions and she was ignored each and every time. A second woman that my wife tried working with there, sent my wife a text message by mistake, in which she described my wife as "some chick". I emailed the owner (Shirley Morrison) of the firm and made a formal complaint. It's been a little more than a week and she just returned my call today. She did in fact apologize, stating that she does not condone such behavior, and that she expects better of her agents. She said she had given both women a talking to. Quite frankly, Ms Burger should be glad she doesn't work for me, because she'd have been fired on the spot. I can promise the folks at Century 21 Sweyer that they will never make any money off of my family, and if I can help it, my friends. I don't care if we find the absolute perfect house to buy, if Sweyer has anything to do with it, it'll rot before we buy it. Renters.. Stay far, far away. The good reviews here are likely the exception, not the rule. Owners.. If you need to have someone manage your property, don't stop here.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place ever my boyfriend and I saw a house we love then turned in an application. Upon waiting for a call we found out that the guy who showed us the house doesn't work there anymore. The girl Aubrey that works there is a complete brat! And extremely Rude. And "lost" our application aka pocketed the 40$. Then proceeded to ask for another 40$ really it's not our fault. The girls there are all snobs no wonder ppl just get apartments. Not to mention when we went to go see the house the realtor made me drive my car through the woods because he didn't know where he was going. This place should be black listed.

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend using them for rental. Took months to get them to fix anything! They also took almost half of my $950 security deposit, because I didn't spackle the holes where I had hung artwork/decor and they claimed they needed to paint my garage. When I called them to complain about the charges, they literally laughed at me. Hated my experience 100% and will never rent from them again!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have used Century 21 Advantage Gold Property Management for over 3 years now and I could not be happier with the customer service I receive. They are great about working with me to see what is going to get my town home rented out the fastest. They are quick to answer any questions or emails that I may have. I receive a monthly statement of exactly what monies are going in an out of the account, as well as personal contact if anything needs to be fixed or repaired in the home. If you are looking for a quality company to oversee your investment- go with Century 21 Advantage Gold on Western Blvd!

Experiencia negativa: (Review only pertains to Rentals) Not Good! Recommend that you start your rental search elsewhere. Only had 1 work request during a 1 yr lease, took months to repair. Was told they were overwhelmed by work due to a hurricane (which was actually only a tropical storm) but either way, 3-4 weeks, I waited patiently before their excuse matrix really started going. Turns out, they delayed as long as possible so that they could use their own 'in house' handyman so that they could overcharge the homeowners for repairs. Sounds like a great business model, right? Well not if you are the one living with the problems! And tough luck to the homeowners for getting charged excessive repair fees. Next, upon receiving my deposit back, I was extorted / charged for filling in a hole in the wall ($35), removal of items left behind ($10) as well as a "reinspect fee" ($25). The hole was from a towel hook that was there when we moved in. The removal of items was cleaning supplies, again, that were present in the home when we moved in. For homeowners considering using this company as a management firm, this is evidence that they have no clue what condition you home is in when they accept you as a client. If they do not know the condition of the home, how will they look out for your interests? Finally, I overpaid my last month rent. I moved out in the first week of the month, but paid for the entire month. It has been nearly two months and I still have yet to be reimbursed. They claim that they have to get the money back from the homeowner. Why would they have paid the homeowner rent that they were not due? What is the definition of 'property management'? If you think it is something other than just collect rent, you better list your house elsewhere. Renters: there are WAY too many other firms in town to choose from. Stay away.
