Experiencia negativa: Despite timely rent payments and quietly keeping to myself, I've been denied basic rights/guarantees, including a functional mailbox , a working shower, and intact windows plus more The lack of a secure mailbox has led to numerous stolen packages, bank cards, and even cell phones - including brand new ones. I've made them aware of these issues, but they show no concern for my safety or identity security. This has been an issue since October and still nothing but more stolen items. Worse, the non-functional shower has forced me to shower at neighbors' houses, putting me in vulnerable situations and compromising my dignity. And when I asked for maintenance, I was given inadequate supplies and expected to do it myself - or freeze. I'm being forced to sleep in multiple layers and even shoes just to stay warm. This is inhumane I don't understand why they refuse to treat me with respect or kindness. Experiencia negativa: Very poor. A serious dangerous health issue in an apartment just 20 feet away. Left for months. Mice infestation, rats in coutlrtyard, dangerous metal straps causing falling hazard, no locks on one door using just a wooden board, harrassing neighbors. .With my transplant and my husband's parkinsons it was a dangerous 4 months.

Experiencia negativa: Looking for someone to mange your property or looking to rent? The primary role of a property manager is to maximize the amount of return their clients (property owners) get on their investment. Their allegiance is to the owner not to the renter. Any accommodation made to renters is made while considering the cost/benefit to the owner. It's purely business. Accomplished Property Management does not deviate from this premise in my experience.

Experiencia negativa: I got hit by a car so I couldn't pay 2 months worth of rent. I am struggling just to get food and now instead of owing them 1500$ for rent they almost doubled it. There apartments aren't even worth the money.

You guys are pathetic Landlord tried making me pay 75 dollars for a “ lost key” tried explaining I didn’t lose it just left it at a friends house and they told me I have to drive to them and pay a lock out fee and to change the locks, I called them back and asked why I’d have to pay to change the locks if it wasn’t lost and got nothing but attitude back, terrible company management and maintenance is lazy take forever to fix your place, don’t even have working heater

The property manager's are just a group of slum lords looking to cut any corner and make a buck. Would look else where if you are planning to move to the ames area. If could give 0 stars I would.

Experiencia negativa: If you’re looking for an honest review, this place is absolutely trash so it’s cheap because they do have bugs. It’s also cheap because the buildings are falling apart. They want to say that it’s new management but the new management that takes over they’re still horrible they came in and fix the light and it didn’t even fix right! they were very in my business and not willing to help, so if you have children or if you have a life, This is not the place to live because they don’t care about anything at all except for a payment they Except for payment Their communication skills are worse than a toddler. They refuse to get back to you in regards to things that you need but if they need something they’re going to hound you and they’re gonna make you feel small and little again these people have absolutely no respect she does not know how to talk to people. I advise you to look for an apartment anywhere else in Ames, but here.

Experiencia fantástica: in oct I will be with them for 4 years I have never had issues with them if I am late in paying they work with me no problems always polite to me returns my text or calls me when I ask them to respond I like living in scribner and I like renting from them they are good people in my opinion I still rent from them they are pet friendly which is nice most places are not I give them a 5out of 5 stars I do recommend renting from them

Experiencia fantástica: I have been renting from Accomplished Properties now for almost 4 yrs. I think the people are great to work with. I have a friendly relationship with everyone from leasing agent to maintenance including the owner. They have all worked with us in a timely manor. My husband is disabled and they made sure anything he needed was taken care of. I have went from one of they’re apartments to now into a house. And the cost is generally lower than what I’ve compared in this town and surrounding areas AND big plus is they allow pets in most of they’re places(keep in mind I said most. Not all). Not many places in this area do. People don’t usually leave reviews unless they have something not nice to say. I feel it’s just as important to leave good reviews too. I don’t know all of the people from Accomplished but I do know Christine, Jackie, Nick and one of the owners Derrek. And I consider them very friendly and my friends. All of them are fair pleasant people. I would and have recommended people to them many times. All being said it’s a great place to rent from. People are friendly, understanding and easy to work with. A+ from me.

Experiencia negativa: Rude and confrontational. I would not recommend. They do not return phone calls, and then become rude when asking questions about the application process. They really need to work on their customer service, seems like they enjoy wasting people’s time.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give a zero to this place I would charging 200 for damages where there wasn't any damages good thing I took pictures of before and after I was living in one of their apartments. A place that was crazy expensive where there is ants coming in under the woods everywhere and where they have mices. I called many times to let them know about the ants that were coming in and they just told me that there was nothing they could do and to spray outside. When I told them about roaches that were there they said why didn't I let them know guess why because they would've said to spray it or nothing could be done. Be aware people do not rent from them. They only returned 200 out of the 600 deposit we gave. .

Experiencia fantástica: Christine and Ray are awesome guys! Christine made sure all of our concerns are taken care of on time. Ray (maintenance guy) super cool guy, who made sure our we have a new microwave with the plumbing issues resolved. Nice and friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Kaylee is the best property manager I have ever had. She is very professional and actually cares a lot about her tenants. She is very prompt in making sure the place is safe and protected. Accomplished Property Management is the best and I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat.

Experiencia fantástica: Ive been a renter of accomplished for about a year and a half now. Every time I have had to call something in it was taken care of immediately. Very nice apartment and houses for rent. I was able to go from a one bedroom and a two bedroom house with no problem after my 1st lease was up and it was the easiest adjustment. If you are looking for a place to rent Accomplished is very professional, very clean and the girls that work in the office they make you feel like family every time you walk through the door. I wouldnt go with another property management company ever because Accomplished has treated me and my family with Love, Respect and has helped us even when it was at a inconvenient time for them due to being after hours.

Experiencia negativa: Living in apartment in ames for 3 years, the current owners sold out to these guys. And from day one. No one answers phone calls, there payment system is trash, you never see anyone on property. Not to mention the "handy man" I watched YouTube how to fix something, and ended up making worse. In all if you are looking for a quality place with quality management. They are not it.
