We were extremely picky, and we were looking for a very specific type of home for our family. She stayed with for over 2 years, checking in regularly sending us new listing that she thought would suit our needs. Then, when we finally found our forever home, it was under contract. She worked with the seller to ensure they knew how interested we were, and after the initial deal fell through we were the first in line. We jumped on the opportunity. She navigated a lengthy, confusing, and flat-out weird sale by owner to get us our forever home. Further, when selling out old home, she was the first one to respond when we got a report that it was flooded due to a frozen pipe. She helped us navigate the insurance process and ensured everything got fixed. She even checked in on the contractors on a weekly basis and kept us updated. She is the sole reason my family has the home we dreamed of AND the reason we sold our previous home. She is intimately familiar with military moves, low & high value home sale, she knows literally every ‘guy’ you could need to fix things. She is great. We used one of her recommendations to get our mortgage. I wasn’t able to find a better rate even after shopping around. The home inspector we used was also someone she recommended. I felt he was thorough and knowledgeable. I didn’t expect the sellers to make many concessions in the current market, but Kerry was able to negotiate some of the closing costs, roof repairs, and electrical repairs. We enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to others.

It seems there isn’t a corner that Covid hasn’t touched as was proven when we began looking for a house at the beginning of the year. It was a crazy market for buyers. And to top it off, ours was a military move. We were purchasing from out of state. This didn’t stop Kerry. She did everything from: finding houses to our exact need, driving from house to house to FaceTime tours for us, taking videos of the areas around the neighborhoods, giving us details on taxes, utilities, etc. There was never a time where we couldn’t get a hold of her or were waiting for a call back. Finally in April an opportunity came up and Kerry made time to view the home with me on short notice. I made an offer which was accepted and closed within a month. Kerry was exceptional as a buyer's agent and excelled at all phases of the transction including (1) offer, (2) inspections and appraisals, (3) post-inspection agreement, (4) working with loan officer and (5) closing with the title company. Every real estate transaction is unique and Kerry was able to successfully work with a great variety of different people to actually make the transaction close successfully. She has both kindness and tact which really help.
