Experiencia fantástica: Danyell was an absolute joy to work with while selling our house in Van Buren! She made the entire process so easy on our end—even though we were a full hour and half away in Little Rock the entire time. The listing write-up and AI staged pictures were so good! (And there are a lot of really bad AI staged photos on Zillow/Realtor. Just look.) She kept in constant communication with us throughout the process and walked us through every step of it as first time sellers. And she is just such a warm, friendly person! We honestly couldn’t have done it without her! (We would seriously have used her services in Little Rock to buy our new home if we could have!!) Do yourself a favor and work with her and her husband, Austin! You won’t regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: I initially emailed Mrs. Barker with a few questions, she responded back quickly. Due to her quick response, I met with her and immediately established an excellent repoire. She handled the sensitive situation with much finesse and professionalism. I would I highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: Danyell is a very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind realtor. She gave lots of feedback about what Veterans United would/ would not look for. We are buying from out of state and she took time out of her schedule to go by the house and check certain things and meet for the appliances to be delivered for us. Her willingness to make sure everything was done and help where needed was phenomenal. Thank you Danyell for being our realtor and making sure we were taking care of.

Experiencia fantástica: So we were on the search for our first home, and we had no clue as to what we were doing. We attempted to try it on our own and quickly found that we no help we contacted Austin and Danielle and couldn't be happier with that decision. These two have helped us with everything and went above and beyond to find us a home we love and get us into that home . They have been there through it all and even when it got tough they brought out spirits up and kept us pushing through. Across.

Experiencia fantástica: Austin and Danyell Barker both worked so hard to help us find the perfect home for us with the VA support system. They negotiated all the paperwork between everyone: seller, VA, inspections, titles, etc. So many properties did not qualify to meet the VA loan requirements but, they kept on searching for one that met our requirements. When they saw this one coming up, they let us know it was going on the market the next day and was perfect for us. We were the very first buyers to see it, first to do a walkthrough, first to make an offer (we went to Dennys for breakfast with Danyell), and did all the paperwork after our walkthrough and it was submitted and accepted the same day! I would highly recommend using this team to everyone, and, if you are using a VA loan, they are very well versed in all the finer points and worked very well with the VA system in place! We are very happy in our new home (still settling in and unpacking) but, thrilled it was so easy for us thanks to their efforts to ensure a smooth journey for us. Thank you.

They coordinated with us and our loan company and kept us on track with all of the paperwork and needed forms so we could close ontime, and couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend to anyone going through the homebuying process to go with danyell and Austin. Thanks yall!

Experiencia fantástica: Danyell was incredible. She went above and beyond. I was an out of state relocation, first time homebuyer, and she was patient and informative. She was all over my home and land preferences, she offered sound advice if I needed it, was never pushy, never tried to rush me, or convince me to do something. She laid out all information and options, gave me perspective on some things, and put in extra effort to help me accomplish things I couldn’t in person. I cannot recommend her enough. I’ve been singing her praises to anyone who would listen. She’s a hard worker, who put my wants and needs first, instead of trying to benefit from me. As a first time homebuyer I bought a starter home. Eventually I will want to move out into the country and have land. I will absolutely be using her again and no one else. Thank you for everything Danyell.

Experiencia fantástica: My sister and I were looking for a professional experience when searching for a house. Danyell went above and beyond to provide us the best customer service. My sister wanted to change her move in date to earlier than initially planned, I'm sure it took extra work and trouble to make it happen, but Danyell was so helpful and friendly throughout the process and got it done for us! 10/10, would recommend Danyell to any of our friends or family.

Experiencia fantástica: What can I say, Danyell is amazing!! She helped my girl and I find the perfect home! She made the process from looking at the home to closing it a breeze. We didn’t know this until the day of closing, but she had to jump through hoops to get what was needed for our home and we had no idea. She always kept us up to date with paperwork and reminding us what needs to be done asap so we were never behind. Would definitely recommend her!

Experiencia fantástica: Danyell is such an awesome realtor but an even better person! She was there every step Of the way! Even when we had a million questions! I couldn’t recommend her enough! Thank you for helping us find our first home to grow our family in for many years to come!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t begin to find the words for how amazing this young woman is. I am older and have some major health issues so the thought of selling my home was overwhelming. Danyell walked me through it and went above and beyond at every step. She took lots of my anxiety ridden phone calls and never lost her patience. In the end, she took part of her proceeds and donated it to charity which reminded me to do the same. If I ever need to sell another home then Danyell will be my first call.

Experiencia fantástica: Danyell is THE BEST! We worked together on our 1300 mile move for 5 months! She was knowledgeable, personable and literally the best realtor I've ever worked with! I gained so much local knowledge and understanding from her guidance! She went the extra mile with every showing and listing we were interested in! I will recommend her to everyone and definitely be using her again! I also gained a new bestie!

Experiencia fantástica: Danyell takes her time to explain and hear your concerns. Even though we weren’t able to buy due to time constrictions I highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: Danyell helped my dream become a reality!! From the moment we found a house on the internet and set up a showing. She was the first to reach out to us. Danyell helped set everything up for us. My husband flew in from out of state and she made sure everything was ready from the moment the plane landed from the showing to quick tour around town. She kept us informed and update even though we were miles away in another state. She was there to welcome us to new our home to day we signed papers. Danyell is very friendly and gives you the feeling that you have known each other for years! My family has gained a friend for life!!! I highly recommend Danyell!
