Leesburg for Rent Property Management, LLC

Experiencia negativa: I would have loved to use their services. Only problem is that they only have one property manager named Paige who hasn't been in the office or able to receive my repeated messages for about 10 consecutive days. Meanwhile, the office attendant does NOT seems capable of completing the simple task of passing along messages as well as remembering people who have left multiple messages. It just seems like they do not want to conduct any business at all. Such a shame honestly.

Experiencia negativa: Worst Management Ever...Right Bambi?

Experiencia positiva: We ended up not using them for now but Bambi was very responsive and explained how they work. They came recommended and we would have used them, and may still, if our neighbor had not come over and rented our house.

Experiencia fantástica: Bambi is very helpful.

Experiencia negativa: Beware. I paid them for a service. They don't call back and do not provide service of finding a place to live. Scam beware !!!

Experiencia negativa: I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed in this Agency. Red flag #1 that I shoulda picked up on is when visiting their office to sign paperwork and it was unorganized and cluttered, red flag #2 is reporting after only seven weeks of living there that there was a roach and termite infestation and was told it was up to me to take care of but as a courtesy gave a one time treatment which didn’t help, and red flag #3 have place numerous maintenance requests/ emails to the owner of leesburg for rent about Legit repair on the Celling that is now hanging down and almost a year later has not been fixed. If your looking at this agency thinking your gonna get good landlord /tenant no BS and gets the job done with no haste or hassle kinda agency look elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Their doors are closed to the public presumably due to Covid. I have water dripping from Ac vent in bathroom also mold on it. I was told it is a housekeeping issue. We had a lawn person that kept showing up. The first time we were told it was the landlord that sent him because code enforcement had tgreaten to fine her. We had just moved in also had mowed the lawn already. Come to find out the Realty company had hired them to come out. Paid them a lump sum to mow lawn. They hadn't finished their contract with them. So they mowed the lawn after we had done it several times. They only work from 10 am to 3 Monday thru Thursday. Fridays they supposedly work from home. Last place I rented had Rats in the whole building and cockroaches. They did spray for cockroaches. I was told the rats was a tenant problem. Tenants are responsible for pests.

Experiencia fantástica: They have managed my properties for many years. Always go above and beyond expectations.

Experiencia positiva: No one there to help please call ahead don't just go there.

Experiencia negativa: This company is awful. please don't believe these scam artists or the bots they paid to give them good reviews. Awful company would give zero stars if that was an option.

Experiencia fantástica: Leesburg For Rent Property Management is the best. They have the experience to help owner maximize the rental income and go above and beyond to respond to issues that tenants bring to them. It's been over six years and they are like my family in Florida.

Experiencia fantástica: A Hopfull place

Experiencia positiva: Great landlords

Experiencia fantástica: Leesburg for Rent is the by far the best property management company in Lake County. All homes require repairs sooner or later and they are quick to respond and handle everything professionally and in a friendly manner.

Experiencia fantástica: Great company and have no issues at all. They are good communicators and will continue managing my houses. Mike

Experiencia fantástica: Before Leesburg For Rent, we could not get tenants that would pay on a timely matter or take care of our house. Bambi and her staff go out of their way to maintain our home for us while keeping it rented by good clients.

Experiencia negativa: BAD LANDLORDS

Experiencia fantástica: We are satisfied with renting from Leesburg for rent. They are always flexible and trying their best to help the tenant out when needed. They have no problem compromising to get the best result for both them and us. We enjoy staying with them.

Experiencia fantástica: My name is Hershecl and being a part of this real estate team has been the best moving from another city can be very overwhelming but I thank God blessed us with people that not only look up for us but for anyone or even a our family members

Experiencia fantástica: Very helpful company. We love Bambi! Have been here for 3 years never had any issues. If anything needs to be worked on they come ASAP!

Experiencia fantástica: Great company! Great group of people very friendly and helpful! Any issues and they try to fix them ASAP!

Experiencia fantástica: Everything has been great. Leesburg For Rent was very easy to deal with. They are very friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend this agency. If there is a problem, it's always fixed ASAP! And they're very nice and always able to do what they can to help you.

Experiencia fantástica: They were so helpful when we were relocating to Florida from Tennessee and made the process alot easier than other companies we tried.

Experiencia negativa: Our son lived in on one side of a duplex they manage. The other side was a drug dealer and his associates. Despite complaints, photos, police calls, and multiple promises from the management to me and my son to evict the people next door, nothing was done. Ultimately, my son was attacked by two "guests" with a baseball bat. Leesburg For Rent's response? Nothing. Two days later, my son and others were threatened further. Not even an expression of concern. Don't do business with this lying, disreputable, useless company.

Experiencia fantástica: Great employees

Experiencia positiva: Their business hours make it difficult for people working during that time to interact with them, and not very willing to work around that. The application process for renting a property was difficult and not everything was communicated up front.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly helpful staff.

Experiencia positiva: Nothing

Experiencia negativa: slum lords

Experiencia fantástica: Leesburg for Rent has been serving me for over five years managing my property, finding tennants, doing maintenance and handling the finances. In all that time I have found their service excellent in every aspect.

Experiencia positiva: I've used Leesburg for Rent for a duplex I own for several years. They've always done a great job keeping my units rented and the repair costs, when needed, were always fair. Their monthly statements can be confusing, but their year-end statements have always been clear - just what i need for taxes. I would definitely recommend Leesburg for Rent.

Experiencia fantástica: This company is super ethical and affordable. They're a dream as I'm out of state and have Florida investments. I use to work with a different property management company - and they were so terrible! It's so nice to know places like this exist. I'm thrilled to have their continuous help and support while I sit back and collect passive income!

Experiencia fantástica: First and foremost, Leesburg For Rent understands the importance of a proper rental contract! Not only does it protect Landlord and Tenant, but it has sufficient language so that there is no misunderstanding and outlines everything perfectly unlike other standard contracts I've seen from other firms. Any and all issues have been handled immediately with regard to maintenance which in the long run saves me money from major disasters. Being a Landlady for over 30 years and learning things the hard way, Leesburg, FL, was way out of my area, I interviewed many firms. Leesburg For Rent was an obvious choice. If you don't know the rental market, being a Landlord can be brutal and you need someone to handle your property expertly for you. Choose Leesburg For Rent!

Experiencia fantástica: If Your Looking For A Place For Rent I Highly Recommend Leesburg For Rent!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a client of this company and couldn't be happier with their services. The entire office staff is extremely respectful, helping, and knowledgeable .I would highly recommend Leesburg For Rent to anyone looking for the best in the business.

Experiencia fantástica: This is by the best rental company I have ever gone through. Whenever I have a problem they are quick to send someone out and fix it either the same day or the next. They are very understanding as long as you keep them in the loop of whatever is going on. I couldn't be more happier with the way they handle things and all the ladies in the office are super nice!
