When we became aware of some land that was available that we were interested in, we immediately called Sean. He was quick to respond, helped is find a lender for land and quickly contacted the seller's broker on our behalf. If we ever decide to sell our home, Sean will be the only real estate broker I would contact, Knows the local value of houses and is very informative of trends in the market.

We decided on Lake of the Woods and Sean helped us find our home after 15 house tours!! He is knowledgeable and has a whole team with him for financing, inspection, title company.
