We just closed on the purchase of our home and it was the smoothest transaction buying a home in my opinion! I had a situation with a buyer that almost went to court, and Tyler was with me every step of the way. My lender referred me to Tyler, and he was amazing! He only showed me THREE houses! Tyler found the perfect house for me in a 2-3 week time frame versus a 4 month time period. He listens,and cares about what is best for his customers. He gives his honest opinion and doesn't try to hide or cover anything needed in the home.
