They did a wonderful job with the photos - totally truthful (some online are definitely not truthful!) The new buyers were a contingent offer, but we accepted it. Their sale then fell through. Then their second sale fell through. We were distraught. It was a couple months later and 2 days before closing, they pulled out. Tyler worked his magic and within 4 hours we had 3 showings and 1 offer .... for the same amount, no contingency! A couple weeks later - SOLD! Through the entire situation, Tyler and his team were responsive, proactive, and working hard for us. Not just letting things happen, but making things happen.
