He refused to refund us and denied there was a problem. It was a terrible experience and hopefully he gets shut down before it happens to anyone else!

Experiencia negativa: My husband and I are OTR Truck drivers so we could not see the house before buying it, which we knew the risks of that, but when we did a live walk through he deliberately did not show any of the damage. (The damage was significant). Then when we were finally able to go to the house in person we found major damage to the foundtion, also major cracks in the walls. When we called Nathan he said "I showed you everything you wanted to see." Obviously we would want to see damage if there is any! We feel taken advantage of being first time home owners and would not recommend doing business with him.
