Experiencia negativa: Updating my review in response to the agent’s reply claiming we’ve never worked together. I had direct visibility into a recent transaction and the overall experience with Ms. Taylor. Dismissing feedback on that basis feels misleading and avoids addressing the actual concerns, but I can't say I'm surprised. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent, deadlines and contingencies were not reliably met, and the overall level of professionalism fell short of expectations. The experience was unnecessarily frustrating and ultimately impacted the outcome of the deal. If you're looking to buy a home, I would not recommend using this realtor unless you enjoy being constantly frustrated. Real estate transactions require clear communication, honesty, accountability, and respect for timelines. Unfortunately, that was NOT the experience with Kimberly Taylor.

Experiencia fantástica: You really want to work with Kimberly if you have a chance. Wow, just wow. She has gone so far above and beyond what a realtor should do that I have only glowing things to say. Not only is she calm, kind and helpful she is willing to save the day. Closing went funky. The closing was laid on a Friday and I had packed my truck and my dog and drove out to meet Kimberly at the title company. The appointment was at 3 o’clock on Friday and the loan did not fund correctly due to an error in the wire transfer. Mind you I had already moved out of my previous home and was now two hours away with all of my stuff and a dog late on a Friday. I was told that I wasn’t gonna be able to close until Monday. I didn’t know what to do, but Kimberly saved the day by figuring out a way for me to get into the home. On top of that, my Internet was down when I moved in and I couldn’t get an appointment for three days. Kimberly so kindly found me a space with an Internet connection so that I could continue to work and did not have to take extra time off. I just don’t have enough nice things to say about her and the extent that she goes to for her clients I am so happy that I worked with her. Thank you, Kimberly.

Told us there was nothing with the house in fact there was black mold and when asked if there was ever water in the basement she said no. A total lie. In fact the whole basement had to be totally gutted due to black mold. The living room carpet had to be totally tore out due to animal piss. If you have reason to use this agent BEWARE. Do your homework and hire your own inspector also a real estate attorney If she gets a chance she will screw U

Experiencia fantástica: I met Kimberly years ago when I was looking at places and trying to buy, right before COVID hit. Unfortunately, my loan situation fell through, due to a false friend who offered but pulled out when offer was already being made, and I was not able to purchase at the time. I was not even prequalified when I was looking and when I met Kimberly. She did not ask me any of these pushy realtor questions along the lines of trying to save her time if I am not prequalified yet nor did she push or ask to be my realtor like many other realtors I have met back then. Most of them were more pushy or, quite frankly, downright rude and would not show me properties at all unless I got prequalified first or chose them to be my realtor. That was not Kimberly. She was happy to show me any properties I wanted to look at, in Rockford and Freeport. She did not ask me any of the pushy or prying questions. She just showed up numerous times for different places excited and happy to take me on a tour and to answer any questions I had. I found this to be the most desirable trait I was looking for in a realtor at the time after being made to feel like I am wasting other realtors' time. In addition, she gave me information as to the different areas without me even asking for it even though it might've not been best information for her to make the sale. This type of honesty and how happy and eager she was to do her job without trying to make sure that I will even work with her or can buy is all I could've ever asked for. In addition, she listened and looked for other places that would fit what I was looking for to show me those as well. Even if I did not like a place, she never took offense or made any unhappy remarks. She just listened and continued. That is why I will now go back to Kimberly and I am so so happy I found her again since I have looked for her and remembered her for this! All those strange reviews about the car she was driving or not driving just sound silly. It is obvious that she is good at her job if she can afford it. She is motivated to make money and that is why she works hard for it. I would not have it any other way.

Experiencia negativa: The WORST experience ive ever had. And the only experience ive had with a realtor. We were first time homebuyers and we were asking questions and bc shes a dual agent, she couldnt give any loyalty to us, all she cared ab was making the most money from us. She told us “this is why you lost out on the house on sunset” simply bc we were asking questions. She was rude, and CONSTANTLY gave us attitude. When we moved into our home, the first day we walked up and the door handle fell off. She didnt even tell us! She told us to waive our inspection or we wouldnt be able to get the house bc of the type of loan we got. Told us “well if they find something wrong you cant get the house”. She lied to our faces, and she made us feel so stupid. 10/10 would NOT recommend, ever. She never told us that we had a specific time to get our closing stuff done and when i told her we both got off work at 4 she then told us it needed to be during business hrs. AFTER I TOLD HER WE DONT GET OFF UNTIL 4. So she wasnt telling us things we needed to know before hand. She is sketchy, and is money hungry. She literally complained ab having to take her tesla instead of her bmw to work. If i were yall, stay away.

She will bend over backwards to help you find exactly what fits your needs and budget. She s not pushy but she's very honest and dedicated to you. Experiencia negativa: Stay away. She doesn't listen, and doesn't know about the houses she is selling. Also won't take time to go the extra mile so that you don't get property taxes on the appliances and other various stuff that get sold with the house. Doesn't walk you through a house like a home inspector would and point out the good / bad stuff. In general very bad at her job.
