Experiencia fantástica: We live out of state and found ourselves having to sell our home in Bright after years of renting it out. Holly Allen stepped in and helped make this very difficult process as easy as possible. She made stops out to the house to check on things that we couldn't do living so far away. She communicated with us no matter what time it was with the 3 hour time difference. She guided us to get a great sales price and handled all the communications with the buyers agent diligently. We are beyond happy with our experience and definitely recommend Holly and Fehrman Realty to anyone selling a home.

Experiencia negativa: We purchased a house through John Miller from Fehrman Realty and when we wanted to sell it, we contracted with John. HUGE MISTAKE John Miller did not earn any commission at all but we cannot stop that. I have written to the Board of Realtors with the complaint. Fehrman obviously doesn't pay attention to the job he wasn't doing. I would never recommend Fehrman Realty.

Experiencia negativa: Do not work with this group. They try to sell properties that have liens against them. This means you will waste money and time on inspections on a home that can't be sold. They then force you to sign releases to clear them of any wrongdoing to reacquire your earnest money. We wasted 3 months communicating with them and lost our rate lock. We now have a higher interest rate to go along with our $2,300 lost in loan processing and pointless inspections.
Oren, we have attempted to reach out to you regarding this review. We believe this review is misleading of the facts. Fehrman Realty represented the seller on the lender-owned property in question. During the course of the sale of this property outstanding tax warrants were found from the previous owner that had to be cleared before the property could be sold. The lender was completely unaware of the tax warrants at the time they listed the property with Fehrman Realty. The tax warrants have since been cleared and the property is now ready to close. It is very unfortunate when something like this happens but it was completely out of our control.
