Experiencia negativa: Tony's sales pitch was full of promises and he justified his commission by saying that the new NARI regulations mean that I no longer am responsible for paying the buyer's agent's fees. He said his 3.6% commission is justified because he's really good at negotiating and assured me that I won't have to pay the other sides' realtor fees. On the closing statement, there was an extra $595 Admin fee to First Weber on top of his $10,796.40 commission and I paid the buyer's agent $7,197.60. I was supposed to pay $10,764.00 but instead I got lied to by Tony and ended up paying $18,589.00. That's a $7,825.00 LIE!!! When I asked Tony to send me a screenshot of any text message or email showing me that he even attempted to negotiate the buyer's agent's fee he prevaricated and talked about how awesome he is, but couldn't show me anywhere that he even tried to negotiate for me. IMO Tony is a hamburger that's making filet minon promises. Inaccurately setting expectations in order to get contracts signed leads to 1 star reviews.
