Experiencia negativa: AC issue on my home I purchased. Moved into the home with non working AC, contacted company and they stated the prior owner declined repairs. Listing for home was wrong, and misleading. She eneded up writing a a check to fix AC. Roof was replaced and had to do my own homework on who did the repair.
