Experiencia negativa: Our experience with Julia Puig Jordan was terrible from start to finish. She made a major mistake on our lease and then expected us to sign a new version with unreasonable changes after we had already signed the original agreement. Instead of taking responsibility for the error, she pressured us to accept her new terms without discussion. Beyond that, her communication style was aggressive and unprofessional. She treated our agent poorly and constantly pushed us for immediate responses, even on important decisions. For example, we were approved in the morning and, by 4 PM the same day, she was demanding we choose between a 14-month or 26-month lease, despite never mentioning these terms before. I simply wanted to discuss it with my husband after his workday, but she was more focused on rushing the process than allowing us to make an informed decision. She also pressured us to get renters insurance for 14 months, even though no insurance company offers policies for that term—only 12 months. Renters insurance wasn’t even a requirement in the lease; it was something we wanted for our own protection, yet she still tried to dictate terms that made no sense. We ultimately decided not to move forward with this home, even though we really liked it and were ready to wrap things up. However, these red flags were just too big to ignore. Given that this house has been sitting on the market for almost four months, I can only imagine that other potential renters have also been driven away due to similar issues. I would not recommend working with Julia if you want a smooth, professional, and ethical rental process.

Experiencia negativa: Have been sitting outside my locked home because of a mistake the title company. I drove 11 hours for this love and signed at 9:30 am after the seller. Even with confirmation of our lender and the title, the broker will still not allow my family in the house. Me and my 3 kids are sitting outside in Houston heat and not even out of good faith to let us in move. Awful customer service and make the customer pay for title’s mistake.

Experiencia negativa: This review is for Keller Williams' agent Lauren Osborne (aka Lauren Blaschke), that we had the misfortune of working with. Lauren Osborne (aka Lauren Blaschke) is INCOMPETENT and INEXPERIENCED – I would never recommend this agent to anyone!!! At first, Lauren Osborne (aka Lauren Blaschke) comes across as a kind, organized and responsive agent. She is always on time with the showings and is eager to help with the basic technical information during the initial stages of the house shopping process. Her positive qualities as a Real Estate Agent end here! As we went under contract, we quickly realized that an important clause in our contract was missing, despite the multiple assurances received from Lauren Osborne (aka Lauren Blaschke) that it would be included. This put us in a very vulnerable position and exposed us to a great financial risk. Lauren Osborne (aka Lauren Blaschke) also adamantly refused to negotiate with the seller after our appraisal came in at a much lower value. Instead, she tried to persuade us that the appraisal was incorrect and pressured us to obtain a second opinion of value. After several days of counter-productive communication with Lauren Osborne (aka Lauren Blaschke) regarding this matter, seeing that she was not able or willing to negotiate with the seller, we contacted the seller directly and effectively negotiated the price down to the appraised value within hours, all by ourselves. There were multiple other communication issues with Lauren Osborne (aka Lauren Blaschke), including instances of her sharing sensitive and confidential information with the seller and other 3rd parties without our knowledge or consent. Overall, Lauren Osborne (aka Lauren Blaschke) has no negotiation skills, is unable to properly assess the clients’ needs and is not capable of handling a real estate transaction ethically and professionally. I would never trust her again with any of my real estate needs.

Experiencia negativa: My realtor was Claudia Bond she did not helping me in what I was looking for nor did she meet my expectations she was referred to me but I will definitely not recommend her to anyone she had a horrible attitude and was just rude that I went with another realtor who was so much better.

Experiencia negativa: Over a year ago we used Betsy Russell from Keller Williams. I found a house I was interested in online and I asked her to meet us there. She was not available so another person from her team came. The person knew nothing about the house. I saw the house and liked it. I met Betsy at the house on a second viewing and she knew nothing about the house. She came to the appointment with nothing ready or researched. Thing just got worse from here. The only advice she provided was to offer more $ than what the the property was posted for. She recommended inspectors that turned out to be terrible. It was truly a horrible experience and when I complained she said that I had "buyer's regret" which is a frequent psychological disorder she has seen from home buyers. She is really nice as a person but do not use her as your realtor. The office is quite terrible, Betsy's boss never answered the phone nor emails.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience. We rented a house in The Woodlands area with a lot of issues and dirty that we reported on time and they never solved them. A year after, they charged us for THE SAME issues!!!!!!! And the worst thing is that they went to the house to check it before we left it, and they said it was ok. The realtor never answered us. Don’t rent from them!!!!!!!!

I definitely made the right choice. The environment here is so refreshing. I am surrounded by so many knowledgeable, friendly, genuine people every day. The education cannot be compared. They really support their agents and truly want to help them become the best version of themselves. They also have a different level of standards they expect from their agents. When you are working with KW or for KW you are working with the best.

Ross was very knowledgable and he provided me with great advice and feedback, and we are SO happy with the renters he found us. The process was easy and quick, and Ross was always available whenever we had a question or needed something. Will definitely use him again if we need to find new tenants or if we return to Houston! :)

We were able to buy our property with only a minor amount of fussing. We recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or lease property.
