Experiencia fantástica: There are real estate brokers and then there are real estate buyers blessings, sent from Heaven. Dave took our phone call and met us at our Hotel . He took us in his car and showed us other realtors listings. He was meeting our criteria not his commission goal by showing us his listings first, which had been our experience in Hawaii. Dave found us a new to be built community where he had no relationship and would make no money but it was exactly where we wanted to be in Maui. We registered in the lottery to buy a lot and build. We then referred two friends to Dave who did buy a second home in Maui because of Dave's self-effacing demeanor. Sadly our project folded with the Pandemic and the developer refunded our deposit and never built the community. We will be calling Dave in January 2024 and start over to relocate to Maui permanently with Dave's help of course. The Berman Family
