Smucker Team Realty Inc., Wooster

Experiencia negativa: Repairs dont happen

Experiencia fantástica: Cool place

Experiencia negativa: Horrible communication.

Experiencia fantástica: Has been a really good realty management company to rent from so far (we are on our second lease). When we first moved in, we noticed an electrical issue and they were quick to have someone fix it. When our heat went out, they sent someone immediately (it just needed a new filter). We started having issues with our neighbors and they helped us find another property with them that has been awesome. Michelle is super nice when we call in as well.

Experiencia negativa: Another ridiculous place to live... So rude! Does not take care of problems with the apartment, no communication...I cant wait till my lease is up!! Im totally leaving!! Im over these slum lords!! There was a water leak above the shower that caused mold, and they never took care of it!! I had to buy spray myself to kill it...because I am not going to risk my health for them or anyone else!!!!treat your tenants better!!! I will definitely move out of here at the end of my lease and I will never look back!!! Worthless!!! I regret moving in here and I regret paying a dime!! You dont deserve it!!! I hope all your tenants move out!

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t give this place a star unless I had to in order to leave this review. These people are very very rude, the lady even hung up on me wouldn’t even give me a moment to understand why they wouldn’t approve me due to a so called eviction that never even was and even says was dismissed! I was just trying to find a place that was cheaper for my daughters and I, something so silly that was even Dismissed and not too mention the rudeness. And I also filed bankruptcy in 2024 in which nothing should've came up, I deserve respect too I am a person just trying to make it in this crazy world. Sorry I even reached out to this place. Pls beware. I even offered my lawyer to call, I mean I was trying to prove myself. Don’t waste your time!

Experiencia fantástica: Good company to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: They were very friendly for the short time we needed to use a storage unit.

Experiencia fantástica: I have rented from schmucker team realty for at least 15 years total they were great people to rent from anytime I called need something fixed they always sent someone due to health reasons I had to move to Myrtle Beach with daughter or I would still be renting from them I adored the girls working in the office they're always very pleasant

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice and friendly

Experiencia fantástica: They treat you like family always ready to accommodate you no matter your situation I will always recommend this to anyone at anytime

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful realtor to rent from. They are excellent Landlords and work with you to help you get a place to live.

Experiencia fantástica: Applied for a rental in April 2018 and was quickly approved. Property was shown at our convenience. When we decided to rent the home the process went quickly and smoothly. After 4 years we just moved from the property this month (June 2022). If we hadn’t had to move to help family with health issues, we would still be renters from Smucker. We paid our rent on time. Followed the rules of our lease and reported any issues right away. We never had an issue with this company/rental that wasn’t addressed in a very timely & professional manner. And there weren’t many times we needed to report issues as the property was well maintained. Staff was always kind and friendly when we stopped in or spoke with them. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Smucker Team Realty. We followed the rules and paid our rent on time and never had a single issue with this company.

Experiencia positiva: Needs friendly staff

Experiencia fantástica: Brittany and Michelle are the best

Experiencia negativa: If you have any other option do not rent from smucker. I was not even a renter and they infuriated me. A loved one rented from them and over then entire summer they mowed the yard twice and only after I called and told them I would report them if they didn’t maintain their property (the grass at one point was over 13” tall) . They also are greedy and pull a lot of bs to try to charge you for another month even after your out of the apartment. Said if you were a day late they would charge for another whole month. Once that was handled a week before the lease was up they contacted them and told them all utilities had to be paid before the end of the month too (even though they weren’t due yet) and if that wasn’t done they would charge them another months rent too. They are a careless thoughtless money grubbing property managers and landlords that put on a front. Don’t buy into it.

Experiencia negativa: Prices are affordable but that is the nicest thing I can say. I rented a two-bedroom apartment and when something needed addressed or fixed in anyway, you might as well do the repairs yourself because I had to call out to them at least twelve times in order for them to get the message that I needed help. I had mice, loud and hoarding neighbors, a deteriorating bathroom and a bee nest to worry about.

Experiencia negativa: Did not wear a mask at any point during the showing.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and helpful

Experiencia fantástica: Rental application was quickly approved, found a place that fit us perfectly very quickly, worked with Brittany and she was SO patient with me and my anxiety lol! So far, a very good experience and looking forward to staying in my new place for years to come.

Experiencia positiva: Friendly. Easy to work with. Not impressed by there units that were for rent.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to pick up a rental application for a friend. The lady was very nice and answered questions. My son rented a storage unit from them before and we had no problems.

Experiencia fantástica: Rented

Experiencia negativa: I'm good.

Experiencia fantástica: They have beer and I like beer

Experiencia negativa: Called and asked to come fix the toilet light fixture in kitchen, ceiling fan light the place taken over by a different landlord , when it rains downspouts flood landscape onto the sidewalk, I have rent to the place 4 years liked it till now

Experiencia negativa: Never got a call back. Called to see what was going on with application and no one xalled us bac

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service ladies are super nice

Experiencia positiva: Great people

Experiencia fantástica: Good one I seen...

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at smuckers is friendly an very fair ...all around a good place to rent from an there places are clean an reasonalbe

Experiencia negativa: DJ ADVOCATE - Lying landlord, willing to push one out over no reliable, or honest dispute. Times will tell. Hide behind the SMUCKER name, here in Wayne County - not the jail deputy, the SMUCKER name originated from Orrville that made the name famous. Facts in court shall prove.I AM AN ADVOCATE FOR THE ONES THAT DONT KNOW HOW TO STAND UP FOR THEMSELVES, BUT i KNOW THE TRUTH - AS TAUGHT - i was taught " ROUTE FOR THE UNDERDOG" - SO I SAY - don't try and run someone over, when nothing was done wrong, and rent has always been on time, and you DONT HAVE ANY PROOF - go focus on Larwill or Spink St.
