Experiencia fantástica: I met Moustafa at a house that he was selling nearby where I live that we were ready to sell. We talked and I didn’t want a for sale sign outside of my house. I had new neighbors and I didn’t think it was appropriate. So it was listed on Zillow and word of mouth. I asked for a price that was consistent to the going values of our neighborhood in the Delran area. I got the value we had agreed on. We had a lot of interested parties. And found a nice couple with kids that was perfect for them. He seems a little laid back but it’s more his personality I realized.
