They were practical and indicated what needed to be done to make the home ready for sale. They were flexible on timing to get the home listed. In dealing with buyer’s agents, they were polite but direct and firm. And ultimately, we had 4 offers a few days after closing, for over $20K over asking price. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend.

Secondly, their deep knowledge of the Northfield market was evident right from the beginning. They seemed to know something about every house in the area. They were ALWAYS available to answer questions or listen as I needed to voice my frustrations. After a handful of walkthroughs we put an offer in and got it!!! Without him that never would have been possible.
