They are attentive, responsive, and always quick to handle any repairs when needed. It’s clear they care about both their tenants and the properties they manage. We’re very happy here and highly recommend them!

I always got a quick response. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. From maintenance to front desk Kim to Ms. Currin, simply amazing and PROFESSIONAL! It’s the promptness, professionalism, thoughtfulness, kindness for me. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Floyd Management really work with people. I haven’t had one problem with them. I have been in my place for while now and as long as pay your rent or let them know your situation they will definitely work with you!!

Experiencia negativa: They're sweet until you sign a lease. Told me I couldn't have a dog bc I was going to have to walk it. Couldn't wait to own my own home and be done with the rental market. If you check their rating on other sites you'll see that they're not the best people to do business with. & they will try to keep your deposit I literally had to print out the NC state renters laws and show her so she would give me my full deposit back. She tried to keep $300 for “lint” in the carpet.

Experiencia negativa: I reached out several times about different homes. They are not very responsive. When asked to send in paperwork (by email) I did, and no one ever reached back out to me. There was no way to connect whatsoever. My guess is that they are responding to people they know or helping out people they know. You would think if someone is as urgent to get in touch with you that you would reciprocate the same effort back. This is people's LIVELYHOOD you are in charge of. Just not a great experience overall and unprofessional in my opinion.

Experiencia positiva: They will harass you for the rent. The older woman is absolutely mean to me for no apparent reason. If you pay early they won't thank you, but if you're late, they'll harass you and harass you. They really make your anxiety bad.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional! I stayed in communication with Cynthia in regards to viewing a rental property. Due to covid 19 extra steps are needed for viewing which is understandable. I took all steps needed called Cynthia to inform her everything on my end is completed. I informed Cynthia I reside in Cary and will be there shortly. To get there an hour later for Kim to tell me a couple looked at the property that MORNING with a pending app and I will have to come back the next day. Ok now I want to speak with Cynthia because why she allow me to do all of this knowing a couple viewed the property that morning and the app is pending!!! How insensitive for Cynthia to get on the phone and say yeah come back tomorrow. An apology would of been great. I believe every negative review on this company!!! Thank you for showing me a red flag before moving forward with you all!!

Experiencia negativa: *LONG COMMENT* Very discriminative because I'm a young black single mother . I have a section 8 voucher and wanted to rent with them. I don't have any income because I attend school full time (which is how I obtained the voucher in the first place). Cynthia Currin denied my application at first (Monday August 5th) because I did not have a pay stub to show to prove I could pay my utilities (section 8 offers utility checks as well for people who have no income). I told her that I have someone (a relative)who will be willing to pay the utilities for me and could write a "contract" or letter stating they the will be responsible but she refused to accept that. I took responsibility, looked for a job so that I could get into a house asap because my daughter and I are pretty much "homeless" I tried to see if Cynthia Currin could accept an offer letter (Tues. Aug. 13th) she stated to me that her policy is that you have to have a job for 6 months to be considered as a tenant. If she would have told me that the first time that was her policy when I went to apply I would have accepted that and looked elsewhere, but she didn't. Now "all of a sudden" this is your policy. I contacted section 8 (Friday Aug. 16th )and they contacted Cynthia, she told them that as well. When I left section 8 I went to FLOYD MANAGEMENT to retrieve documentation stating that that was their policy. Cynthia told me herself that They had NO WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION stating that you are REQUIRED to be employed at least 6 months . Cynthia stated that if she was to let me become a tenant she could get audited and lose her job from me not having the "required" duration of work. But she needs to get audited and fired ANYWAY for invalid/ non existing documented policies that are required when trying to run a business. So if you are renting from them ask to look at your lease and/or contracts to see what the policies are. She was very disrespectful and started telling at me because I addressed her wrong doings and slammed the door in my face (very rude and unprofessional). THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

Kim is probably the nicest person you’d ever want to meet. Cynthia is professional and takes care of business. I have had a few leaks in my roof since living here, and they have been quick to send someone out to fix the issue. If you’re looking for a rental, call Floyd.

Experiencia negativa: Cynthia is absolutely an unethical person to deal with and talk to. Her constant lies, back tracking and showing ignorance to important people that keep her business going is very unprofessional. Shows no concern for families that are in need and will say anything to divert your attention from the homes you're actually interested in. Phone calls go on dead ears and they do not respond within a timely manner even after leaving messages. She boldly tells potential customers that they cannot afford this or that and comes up with excuses of why that particular home is not available. Terrible business to deal with and you should all be warned of the horror stories of their property management. Your MONEY is not safe with these people. WATCH OUT. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!

I rented from them in 2017 only a year and hated that I had to moved I would have been still there if I didn't have my own personal issues going on. I desperately needed a place to stay and completed all of the task the manager asked to be approved and still wasnt accepted to rent a place through this company. Dont waste your time here like I just experience just to get no where.

Experiencia negativa: Would be '0' stars... if google had it. These people are very unprofessional. And to the Afro-American community; beware! There was a house that I was interested in seeing yesterday, and in order to 'see' it...we had to place an application. Ooookay?? It was weird, but I filled out their app. Then it was "Well, in order to see it... we need check stubs of the workers" (Again, in my mind...."just to SEE it?" Wow...) So, I bring back the stubs, then it was "Cynthia has left for the day". Okay, kool.... try back tomorrow. So today, I called before going down there... Cynthia was out of the office until 1:30p.m. Fine. I called back at 1:48p.m. and she had me to WAIT on the phone (while she was 'taking another call') for over 10 minutes. She did NOT acknowledge that I was on the phone, only Kim did...once. Right then, I hung up, and went down there, retrieved my application/stubs and let them know, that if they had a certain "ethnic" group to rent to for this home... just SAY it... and not LEAD people on! Personally, I am NOT going to beg to "VIEW" a house... that your company OBVIOUSLY do NOT want me THERE! Beware... that's all I can say. And do NOT give your money to a place that don't want you there!

Experiencia negativa: Would give them zero stars if I could. These people have the nastiest of nasty attitudes. Thought I would want to rent from them but after hearing all the horror stories from several others and the nasty attitudes these people have I wouldn't rent a house from them if the rent was $20.00 a month! There's better management/realty companies out there!
