Experiencia fantástica: We had a great buying experience with Erica, she was very helpful with everything. Thank you so much! 10/10
We love to hear that you rated our agent, Erica Rodriguez a 10 out of 10! That's one of the highest compliments we can receive. We appreciate your business and your outstanding review and look forward to keeping you as a client. Thank you!
Experiencia fantástica: We had an amazing experience working with her! She was knowledgeable, patient, and always quick to answer our questions. She made the home-buying process smooth and stress-free, and truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for our family. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for everything!
We’re thrilled to hear that your home‑buying journey was smooth, stress‑free, and supported every step of the way. Your kind words mean a great deal to our team. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are grateful for the opportunity to help you find the perfect home for your family. Thank you!
Experiencia fantástica: Ms. Connie from Remax has been wonderful to work with! She was incredibly helpful with scheduling our showing and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was responsive, professional, and communicated clearly every step of the way. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made a great impression. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend working with her!
Thank you so sharing your experience with our agent and company. We’re delighted to hear that Connie Roberts, with the Kopecky Group at RE/MAX Land & Homes, provided the kind of smooth, stress‑free experience we strive for. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and your feedback means the world to us. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are grateful for the opportunity to assist you.
Experiencia fantástica: Mrs. Erica Rodriguez went above and beyond for us and happily still answering questions we have. I wasn't going to talk to anyone that day, but God told me to do it anyways and we were blessed with her. I highly recommend her! THANK YOU!!!!
Thank you for your very nice comments about Erica. We appreciate your business and loyalty.
Experiencia fantástica: We have met just about every realtor that works in this office, and have nothing but good things to say. Veronica and Sarah are some of the most incredible people you will ever meet. That's why I don't quite understand the negative reviews here. If you've ever met anyone in this office, you'd know that they would be willing to talk things through if you'd just call. If we are ever in the market to sell our house, or buy another one, we will always go to Sarah and Veronica first. Take the negative reviews of this place with a grain of salt. Go talk to them yourself! You won't be disappointed.
Thank you for the kind words Michael! It really means a lot to us when someone goes above and beyond to say something positive! Your loyalty and support is greatly appreciated, especially in this world where people are quick to criticize. A positive and supportive review is very much appreciated. You have always been so knowledgeable and helpful with all of our IT support and we look forward to helping you if you are ever in the market to buy or sell a property.
Experiencia negativa: BUYER/SELLER BEWARE. VICTORIA TX. We tried to put a contract on a house multiple times. The first go around their agent decided to put her own terms in our offer instead of what we asked. We were promised we wouldn’t be charged the agents commission and I quote, “I’ve never had a buyer pay my commission. That’s the sellers job” and then put it in the contract anyway. Claimed the seller required 1% down in earnest money which should have been $1,000 but put in the contract we pay $4300 instead for an unknown reason. She had us written down to pay for everything we weren’t supposed to so we took the second contract and had it adjusted by a licensed broker just for her to tell us that the contract was written incorrect and refused multiple times to present it to the seller on the grounds that it would make her look “foolish”. Accused us of writing the adjustments ourselves. She went from refusing because it was written “incorrectly” to refusing because it was “foolish”. We terminated any further business with her and threatened to turn her into TREC. She then emailed me and my husband at 10 at night taking everything back and offering to present the offer as it was. We had our broker submit it directly to her broker and the response was “the seller doesn’t want to counter till he gets more offers”. We then offered asking price and they still won’t respond. I wouldn’t waste your time playing their games.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We regret to hear that you were disappointed with our agent's service. Our brokerage and our agents, strive to provide clear communication and exceptional service; we take concerns like yours seriously. While we understand there may be different perspectives on what occurred, we never want any client to feel frustrated or unsupported. Please contact our office as soon as possible and one of our Broker/Owners would be happy to speak with you directly so we can better understand your experience. Thank you again for your feedback.
(As a follow up, the very next day, we contacted the Broker that is representing you now and we discussed the entire situation. In addition, the $4300 you were confused about was actually the down payment required by your lender and the $1,000 earnest money was in the contract as you instructed. Of course there are always more details than appears and there are two sides to every story. Hopefully you will continue working with your Broker friend and we wish you and your husband the best of luck finding the perfect place.)
Experiencia fantástica: Ernest Guajardo is absolutely amazing. My family has worked with him since 2016 and three houses later he continues to earn our trust and faith for ReMax. Ernest will help you navigate through every single step of the process so that you know what is happening and what needs to happen next. He is a bedrock of this community and he knows everyone you could possibly need to get you top dollar for your house.
Thank you for your wonderful comments about Ernest Guajardo, Jr. It's true that he is a "bedrock of this community and he knows everyone". We are truly blessed to have Ernest as part of our RE/MAX team and equally as blessed to have appreciative clients like you. We appreciate your business and outstanding review. It's families like yours that makes our jobs so much better. Thanks again!
Experiencia negativa: Couldn't use the website
So sorry about that. We've been working to improve our website and hope you use www.landandhomestexas.com in the future. Thank you!
Experiencia fantástica: We started working with "Melanie Hargas" in March when we came down to South Texas to explore the area to find a place below the snow line. After selling, we returned and she found us our Texas home!
Welcome to Texas and thanks for your 5-star review of Melanie. We appreciate your comments and your business.
Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend Jamie Powell as a realitor to list your home with. She is a very competent and hard working individulal with accesses to services needed in getting a home ready to sell. She sold our home quickly and dealt with some unexpected issues with professionalism and experience. She is the best!
We appreciate your comments and review of one of our "top producing" agents, Jamie Powell. Thank you for your business!
Experiencia positiva: Had a very nice experience!
Thank you for your review of your experience with our agent. We appreciate your business!
Experiencia fantástica: We went into contract right before the big freeze this year and things went down hill quick! Jamie Powell was on top of it and turned a bad situation around! From contract to close she kept us in the loop, stayed on top of the sellers agent and hired all of our inspectors! We were informed of any updates and were guided through all the tribulations! We wouldn’t have our home without her! She is responsive, knowledgeable, and a go getter! She really works for her clients! Thank you!!!
Congratulations on your new home and we really appreciate the great review of our agent, Jamie Powell. Thank you!
Experiencia fantástica: Great place.
We try hard and it's nice to work with people like you!
Experiencia fantástica: As nice as they were I would gladly always use them
Thank you for the positive review!
Experiencia negativa: Website is really poor
Mr. Green, naturally we are upset that your experience was so "poor" that you gave us only a one star rating. We have several websites so we would like to know which website you are referring to. Would you please respond and let us know so we can see what the problem might be? We have worked so hard to be the market leader in several of the areas we serve, so we naturally want to keep on providing exceptional service. Hopefully we will hear from you so we can work on providing a better experience!
Experiencia fantástica: When it comes to getting things done, Jamie is ON IT! The plus side to working with someone like her is not only her motivation to push to get her clients the best deal, she has so much random knowledge about things to look for during your home buying process. I mean any question you could throw at her, she has an answer; if she doesn't she'll find one within 30 minutes for you. By far one of the best communicators, which is really important during (what can be) a stressful process. If you need help getting connected with great people for certain services such as painters, appraisers, lenders, inspectors, etc. she has that information for you as well! I couldn't imagine anyone being disappointed by working with this woman. Thank you for all that you've done for us, Jamie!
Wow, what a nice review of our agent Jamie Powell! We appreciate your business and for taking the time to tell about your positive experience!
Experiencia negativa: It has taken me almost a month to get an appointment with the realtor of the land I want to purchase then once I do get a meeting and file the paper work I had to call to see the status of the application he then informs me I was approved but I inform him I will be leaving out of town in next couple of days on Business so if can I place deposit for land I was approved for and he said yes but never calls back I called office and cell and left messages and still no response VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... Agent was also very Rude to the point I wasn’t even going to fill out the application for land! He said is your husband with you when he saw it was just Me A women and then when I picked My land he says will it be you and your husband I once again said No just me, Thank you!!!
We apologize for the experience you’ve had and sincerely wish you would of contacted us sooner. Luckily one of our owners was able to visit with you this week when we learned of your unpleasant experience and we sincerely hope the rest of your transaction will be much smoother. Best of luck to you with your purchase and please let know if there is anything else we can do to help!
