Coldwell Banker Ward Real Estate, Inc.

Experiencia fantástica: Chris Holbrook from Caldwell did us an excellent service. He looked at our home and told us what he thought we could get out of it. He was very friendly and easy to work with. We ended up getting what he thought it would sell for. He was always good to communicate with us. I would call him and he would answer or get back to me in timely manner. I would highly recommend Chris for your home sale or purchase.

Experiencia fantástica: Working with Tom and Amanda of Team Frye was an absolute game-changer. From the very first day of our search, they showed a keen understanding of exactly what we were looking for—and they actually found our perfect home within hours. Throughout the process, their communication was top-notch; they were always available to answer our questions and kept us informed at every turn. Their attention to detail on the paperwork and their sharp negotiation skills took a massive weight off our shoulders. They even went above and beyond during the move-in process to ensure a smooth handoff for possession. If you want a team that treats your move with the precision and care it deserves, we cannot recommend Team Frye highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and experienced people there especially Naomi Auerbach

Experiencia positiva: My wife and I have moved around quite a bit (thanks to government work), and this realtor experience was very average. We worked with Thomas Frye, who is a very nice and charismatic gentleman, but it’s very obvious that he’s brand new to real estate. He had very little guidance, and had us reaching out to him the majority of the time. Thomas will be a good realtor, he just needs a lot more experience before he is.

Experiencia fantástica: They sold my inlaws home, could not have been more professional and caring.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience ever they are rude nasty and judgemental

Experiencia fantástica: They took care of me!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very helpful with our sale

Experiencia fantástica: Trina Swan was absolutely amazing! She was very informative, proactive, knowledgeable, great at communicating, and all around wonderful to work with!! I am going to miss our daily group chats!!! I highly recommend Trina! The best experience I ever had with a real estate agent!!

Experiencia fantástica: Cindy Light at Coldwell was amazing to work with. She took the time to understand exactly what we needed, communicated extremely well, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. She made the purchase of our new home a true dream come true. I would highly recommend reaching out to her for your purchase or sale!

Experiencia positiva: Michelle was a dream to work with. I didn't go with the apartment it was too small. I hope to rent from them one day my only real problem is there was no square footage on the listing. The $40 fee for the application was a bit high but the people were very good

Experiencia fantástica: Working with Trina Swan was a pleasure. She was there every step of the way for me. She answered all my questions, and kept in contact with me constantly. I was quite impressed with how patient Trina was, never rushing me. I had a minor issue after purchasing my home, and she was still there for me. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. You won't be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: Lots of great real estate agents here! Give them a call!

Experiencia fantástica: Love it. They are so friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Samantha Driebelbis helped my boyfriend and I find our first home. She listened to what we wanted in a home and answered any questions we had. She quickly scheduled showings for homes we were interested in. She was knowledgeable, explained things and made sure the buying process was as seamless as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Michelle has been my contact person at ward reality since January 2019. She has always been nothing but nice and professional. When I would contact her about issues with property she always took care of things in a timely manner.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a renter for 2.5 years and Michelle Schwan is simply a blessing!!! Any issues have been handled quickly and respectfully. Michelle has gone above and beyond her duties for myself and my family. She is quick to respond to any questions I may have and is always kind and caring. She is a true asset to any company lucky enough to have her.

Experiencia fantástica: Good people

Experiencia negativa: Never returned 3 calls and voicemails I had left them on houses that they had for rent

Experiencia fantástica: Janet has been the best! We started looking to buy a house 8 YEARS ago. Through all kinds of events, we were never successful in buying a house. Janet stuck by us all those years, thought of us when she’d walk through listings and let us know, always made time in her schedule for us, even when we hadn’t looked in over a year. She never pushed us into something we didn’t want, and has been all around genuine and kind. We finally bought a house, and she was with us through the whole thing. Even dropped off Easter candy for my kids, and came and gave us our new house keys at 8:30pm. If you need a realtor, I HIGHLY recommend Janet Enzor! Can’t say enough positive things about her!

Experiencia fantástica: Top notch Real Estate Company

Experiencia fantástica: Stacy did an outstanding job in the sale of my Mother's home. She explained everything and kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you to Stacy and the staff at Coldwell Banker.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff I go in and check listings every so often their office looks like a home its cute and inviting

Experiencia fantástica: Samantha was confident in the selling process. We remained informed throughout the selling of our home, always in the know of what to expect next. She gave open, honest feedback to increase our selling potential. If we ever end up in the Ohio buyers market we will be contacting Samantha. Overall we have used Coldwell to purchase two homes and sell 2 homes over the course of 10 years. We always receive excellent service from all of the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Sam is the BEST! She was so helpful and always communicated with us if there were any issues. She works hard and her response time is very fast. She helped us find an amazing home! If we decide to move again we will most definitely go through Sam.

Experiencia fantástica: Sam helped us on the purchase of our first home. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Sam worked hard to ensure we got the home we wanted. She was very prepared and made the entire process easy to understand and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. We highly recommend Samantha to anyone looking for an agent that will get you your dream house and make the transaction easy and stress free.

Experiencia fantástica: Purchased our home in Sept. Samantha with Coldwell was a major help every step of the way. Always ready with advice and assistance in many ways. She was awesome to work with and would look for homes with her again!

Experiencia fantástica: Samantha was very patient and worked to make our first home buying experience very easy. She was quick to answer questions and made sure we understood the process. I highly recommend Samantha as we had great communication throughout the process and we were able to quickly find our new home. She also has been great checking in afterwards to ensure we are doing well in our new home.

Experiencia fantástica: First time home buyer and my agent is making it so easy for me and helping me out so much! Would recommend to anybody!

Experiencia fantástica: You got a property to sell these guys will sell it . You're looking for a dream home these guys will find it. They have been around for ages for a good reason, they make things happen!

Experiencia fantástica: I meant to write this a month ago but have been to busy moving. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our home and we owe it all to Cindy Light. We couldn't have done it without her..she was amazing! Thanks to her and Rich Dobec we were in our home in 6 weeks and they made our first time buying a home a breeze. They were great! So if your looking for a realtor look no further than Cindy Light. She loves her job and it sure shows, and her wonderful personality is a bonus, she's the best! Thanks Coldwell Banker!

Experiencia negativa: We used this company for 5 years to manage our rental. We did not have a good experience and I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed

Experiencia fantástica: I have dealt with this agency for decades. Their professionalism and dedication is beyond reproach. Janet Enzor is a wonderful agent and I can highly recommend her services. Thank you!

Experiencia positiva: Good realtor. Very knowledgeable & helpful.

Experiencia positiva: The service was indeed cold but it could depend on the agent I believe. I was trying to rent an apartment and the lady at their office (who was nice btw) asked me to call an agent. I did so and the agent was trying to get rid of me instead of trying to see how she could help me. Not sure if I would call them again.

Experiencia fantástica: The Realtors here work hard for you to help you both buy and sell your home.

Experiencia negativa: Really, really terrible. Dealt with several agents--they ranged from rude to uninterested, and two outright lied about properties on multiple occasions. Do yourself a favor and avoid Ward Real Estate.
