Experiencia positiva: Have living in our beautiful home for about 6 months was promised a new back door and flooring it is in the lease but Everytime we call there's no answer or we get told it's gonna be emailed to us and we get nothing at all. 6 months now and still no flooring emails haven't worked phone calls haven't worked! help us getting a house but maybe doesn't respect the lease they made? I'm not sure it's been such a struggle to get just the door that was supposed to be replaced the day we moved in. Nothing absolutely nothing has happen no email no pics of the floor to pick from definitely no door I seen replies get back to faster then phone calls so I'ma leave this review and see if it does anything cause literally nothing has worked in months.

Experiencia negativa: My husband and I viewed a house last year and never received a response after viewing it. None of my calls, emails, or messages were returned. I don't know why they let us view it if they had no intention of letting us proceed. Waste of our time.

Experiencia negativa: Will try to get every penny out of you lady at front desk is always very rude. Would recommend staying far away from these people. They didn’t honor the down payment of the water down payment. Had lots of work to bring house up to code. Now it’s a nice house

Experiencia negativa: Very happy they are very unprofessional they held back things from my bank and other that was helping me to move my mortgage over I feel they are racist they don't know how to talk to you once the have your money they trying to keep my 7000 deposit and they gave us a house with alot of problems the water wasn't on until we moved in they the pipes wasn't right everything got wet and molded because they half work to the house it was very bad and alot of money wasted

Experiencia negativa: Poor response effort which reflects badly on business efforts. Doesn’t contact people back for showings over the course of a week. Called the office and they said they didn’t have the salesperson’s schedule. Maybe the office should have that though if they are supposed to work for them to show houses. If your hours do not reflect your salesperson’s schedule what is the point of even having hours available? I think Alex did a better job than Derrick even though the house I saw wasn’t that great. At least you could book a sales appointment online without being ghosted for a whole week.

Experiencia negativa: They rent to own & just want to collect a monthly payment. Poor qualifiers of a rent to own homeowner. DO NOT take good care of their properties that they own. They look trashy. Makes home properties decrease by being SLUM LORDS. Start taking better care of your properties by hiring a manager that looks after them weekly. Do improvements to have some street appeal.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot speak highly enough of FFG. Got me into the home I wanted quick and when it came time to close on the property they were extremely helpful in getting the needs that the bank was asking for met in a timely fashion. From the time I moved in to the time of getting my mortgage loan I had zero issues and only saw or spoke with them if I was dropping off a rent check. In all of my dealings with them they were ALWAYS friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow! I am so impressed! I thought rent to own was little more than a hyped up scam, until I met these guys. I truly never imagined I could own a home. Their requirements seem to good to be true but are not in anyway. They work with you, no matter what your financial backround, to get you into a home. Their homes are all redone with new fixtures, flooring, carpets, you name it. They really do quality work and you can tell they dont barter for less quality. Their terms are beyond fair, the cost is beyond a bargain and if you cant become a home owner under their terms, you will NEVER become a home owner. It just doesnt get much easier than this. No excuses! If you can't comply with their fair and simple terms, you have nobody to blame but yourself! Many thanks and much gratitude!

Experiencia fantástica: Because of First Financial it allowed us to get into a nice home upon moving here from Michigan. Everything was as promised and we were able to purchase our home with a conventional mortgage. Our home was in beautiful condition upon our agreement to purchase with them. We were actually very pleased that Steve showed us the home before it was ready for market because he knew we were looking to purchase a home from them. Bottom line in working with First Financial is pay on time and you’ll never have to hear from them. : ) We are blessed to have had this opportunity.

Experiencia negativa: After 2 weeks of contacting them they finally got back to me. Stating oh by the way the house you have been trying to get a showing of is sale pending as of this morning. So much for the hours spent trying to get this house. So that my family may get out of our current situation. I pray that the Lord helps my family thru this.

Experiencia fantástica: This company has took a chance on us, when traditional lenders wouldn’t touch us. They gave us an opportunity to own a home that wasn’t in disrepair and accomodate our family. The way they work is simple, pay your payment. It’s a simple thing. As long as you make your payments, they have your back. They are not out to steal your money or take your home. Make your payment and you don’t have a problem. And just like any landlord or mortgage company, you don’t make your payment, you don’t keep your home. When it was time for us to purchase our home, the lender was difficult, to say the least. First Financial went to bat for us, they worked hard, offered advice and options and fought for us the entire time to make sure every dollar we invested was returned to us. They went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation asking for nothing in return. I would recommend them time and time again!! THANK YOU!!
