Was told by supervisor that agent wasn't going to help because he didn't think I was going to get any financing, although USDA pre qualified for 72k.

However, the recommendation that we received from others proved to be reliable and Susan was absolutely phenomenal! She made us feel very comfortable. She listened to our comments and adjusted with us as we learned more about what we needed in our first home.
