Experiencia negativa: When the hauser group evicts someone this is how they leave your neighborhood. This house has been like this for a month now. Couch on the front lawn and piles of garbage on the carport. There is someone at this house nearly every day of the week working on it and yet they cannot seem to clean it up.

Experiencia negativa: Worst company I’ve ever been with. They aren’t upfront about anything. And have put me and my boyfriend through the wringer in the first 3 months we’ve been here. If ur looking for ur first apartment don’t do buisness with them. We pay over 1k just to constantly have to call maintenance every other week bc we found something new wrong with the apartment. The apartment isn’t properly insulated. The screendoor was broken, bathroom not grouted. And a lot of everything else. They aren’t a very people conscious company. And I can’t wait for my lease to be over.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place to apply to rent or buy a home. I put in an application with this crazy place. They told me I was denied but never took my identification. Isn't that illegal looking into it with my lawyers all because I wouldn't pay double deposit because of my credit score.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely unprofessional. Sent an email asking for more info. Response back was, “hey give me a call” Then called about another property to a different agent, she tells me that offer was due this morning at 8am. I asked, well why isn’t that listed? She said you would find out when you call for a showing. Well if I had known that a property, that just went up for sale, had a deadline I would have called sooner. But yet the same house was just listed for sale on their Facebook page 37 mins ago. I believe the other reviews for this company.

Experiencia fantástica: Full disclaimer- I am realtor in VA. I had a property in NC. I needed an agent to help me navigate the process in NC. It wasn't a property I lived in myself and it had been previously signed over to me from a family member. Why do I say all this, because it illustrates that my situation wasn't normal. It also came with emotional baggage, so lots of support and trust was needed. I needed a skilled agent to assist me, deal with the differences in the states and had the highest level of integrity. I chose Hauser Realty Group in Danville, VA because I knew my needs would be met. Kelli Hauser not only did an excellent job, but had multiple offers presented in this slow market. If I had a question or concern she immediately answered my questions and was prompt in returning calls. I am so glad I used a local agent with expertise to assist me with the sale and could navigate both states.

Experiencia negativa: Olivia maestas I was working with Jodi Coleman very DISAPPOINTED we had a talk on the phone filled her in with everything we were long for “ideal “ place and sent over our pre approval after a few days didn’t hear from her so we reached out again only for her to be confused asked what kind of loan we are using question she should now the answer to bc we already talked and had serval emails between each other ! After that was situated I sent her a list of six properties. My husband and I were interested in and she said I’ll get back to you by the end of the week. So on Friday I emailed her bc I had not heard from her only for her to say 1 of the address was wrong and Oo by the way I do t travel more then an hour from Danville…… why was that not said from the beginning she saw my email with the 6 listing they had the address city why did she not say that the day of at least if not from the beginning just terrible communication on her end no follow up so basically I was doing her job for her what why do I need a realtor if I’m doing all the work once again very disappointed!

I contacted Hauser Realty Group and immediately received a phone call back from Jimmy. He has been helping me search for property in the area. He calls me right back or sends me a message. I am so thankful to finally have a realtor who is looking out for me. Thanks Jimmy

Experiencia negativa: Why would I pay $1900 for Danville? Doesn't make sense. If I pay that much I would stay in Fairfax. They are really pushing this Casino and making the town a slave to it.

Experiencia negativa: They literally gave my apartment to someone else after I had already paid the full deposit to remove it from the listings. I spoke with them twice and verified I was good to go and that they would contact me to schedule the lease signing. I called every day for over a week trying to speak with the correct person to schedule because she never called me or texted me back. I was forced to then WAIT to get my deposit back until the correct person was in the office to write the check. Needless to say, I wouldn’t do business with this company and definitely don’t recommend. Ps. She never called me to tell me this information. I ended up calling so much that the staff was pretty much fed up that she hadn’t called me. Then she TEXTED me that she gave my apartment to someone else and that my only other options were $200-300 more!

Someone is always there to answer your calls. The maintenance lady takes care of everything in a timely matter. I wouldn't rent from anyone else. Thank you Hauser reality group for our new home.

That information made the process take an even longer amount of time which would have been nice to know before. Would not recommend at all. Wilkins realty co. Is much better service.

Experiencia negativa: To think I've called for the last 10 minutes to someone answering and hanging up. I know there is a voicemail answering service. To know that they have a childish individual answering and hanging up surely does not scream PROFESSIONALISM. I will be putting in my 30 days notice and will warn everyone I know they lack professionalism if your office manager sucks. You all suck!!

Experiencia negativa: I simply had some questions to ask and the lady automatically referred me to someone else, she didn’t even give me a clear phone number the first time. I had to call back, not very good customer service whatsoever. Once I called the number she provided, the gentleman was not seem very happy to have someone call him about some property... said he send me a link about the properties.... I’m still waiting on it. Long story short, I did not get to even ask the questions I wanted to.
