Experiencia negativa: Do NOT use Kicklighter Realty. We were told we would not be considered for renting solely because my husband has tattoos. They didn’t like how he looks. Mind you, he is a police officer and we own a successful business that works with majority children. He prides himself on doing good for the community and the people around us. His tattoos are not offensive and have nothing to do with his ability to be a responsible, respectful tenant. Judging applicants based on appearance rather than rental history, income, or references feels outdated and discriminatory. I would not recommend renting from a place that makes decisions this way.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I would’ve read the reviews before wasting my time. If you are the opposite of white don’t bother. I told them I was taking time off work & coming all the way from FL to view this particular property. After viewing the property she had EVERY excuse for why I couldn’t apply. First it was because I’m not ready to move yet, I said I’ll put my deposit down now. She said they need the rent. I said I’ll put that down now too. Then it was a certain credit score, I said that’s no problem. Then it was oh the owner’s son might be moving in that unit. But the unit is still posted. & I had others call to inquire & it’s Available. I literally wasted my time driving to Ga for nothing. I can’t believe I was judged based on how I look. My credit score is over 700. I have never had any eviction, no criminal background and my income is well over three times the rent but none of that mattered.

Experiencia positiva: Beth is a good agent She did a virtual walkthrough for us & was helpful throughout the home-buying process. Update: We didn't realize until it rained 3 weeks after signing the paperwork there was a leak in our roof. The realtor was less than helpful, to say the least. We paid to have our home inspected, and the inspector didn't catch it, either. Basically, we're stuck with a major repair in spite of FHA rules dictating otherwise. Failure to disclose is not required in Georgia, which means if they lie to you or don't tell you about something and you don't catch it, too bad.

Experiencia negativa: This is the most disgusting business we've ever dealt with.the owner evicted my son even though the president and cdc says no eviction!!!!! He is really sick and one of the ones who has been suffering because of this pandemic. Her and the owner of the house refused to repair serious problems with the home. His light bill wasore than the rent!!!!!roof leaked so bad it flooded the kitchen Everytime it rained causing mold.i could go on and on but I'm not.im hope you get the idea.guess it's still about the good ole boy system instead of what's right. It's absolutely disgusting!!!!

They even asked me who I was kin to ....I've told families and friends about these folks but nope they ignored me and went up there hoping because their credit was straight and they're making enough money that they would be approved but of course not. They come back disappointed and saying the exact same thing I've been saying the entire time!!!!

Experiencia negativa: If I could I would give a negative review. I rented my property through them and they dosnt charge the renters for any of the damage done to my house. I have damaged base boards, door frames, and drawers from a pet that they claim was never in the house. It's very obvious pet damage, but it was covered up poorly. I will never suggest them as a property manager to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: This office including Ms Darla are the absolute corrupt illegal acting realtor ever!! My mother rentied from this slumlord . She passed on June 24, 2018 I immediately notified there office and said we'd have the house clear out asap, hired a carpet cleaner etc I personal cleanee the house including wiping out all cabinets which where not done when my mom moved in I have picture, we scrubed the screen porch clean .upon dropping the key off the morning of the second of July I requested the deposit returned to myself as Ms Darla took a check from myself for said deposit...under the law she had 30 days to notify myself in writting why the wouldn't return the deposit today July 7, 2018 I call she tells me the carpets had to be cleaned funny I have the carpert company who clean them now ready to testify they indeed where when requested why they didn't do a walk through I was informed I never request one!!! When I requested her realtor license number she refused to supply myself with one futher stated she rented to my mother and not me funny she must think I delete emails...hmm all are safe and sound on my desktop server showing she felt with myself to get her monies this woman is truly scum and I have now made it my mission to shut her slumlord ways down!!! She required a pet deposit so any damages this covers to her precious 39 year old carpets..I was not notified in writting of any so called damages clearly they do this quite often to people time for their office to be closed

We are now in the process of buying a house in Glennville and have nothing but good things to say about Tiffany and her mother Darla, who has also been so helpful with our process. I highly recommend this realty if you are looking to buy in that area. You will not be disappointed! All the ladies there are perfect examples of southern hospitality!
