Experiencia fantástica: Liz is from a generation that truly believed in building relationships rather than just doing a job. My experience with her is how amazingly committed she is to ALL aspects of home selling. I originally went with another realtor who took no interest in showing pictures to the other realtos on mls and was negotiating without consulting me with an investor. Ultimately my home was bought by an investor but Liz informed me every step of the process and protected me from future problems. She even did the job of the buyer's rep when at the last minute she had to arrange for carpet purchase and install after the buyer accepted cash to do himself. If you want someone that will treat your house as the most important one on the block even if it is in a lower price bracket, go with Liz. She does not sell houses, she is an old fashioned match maker. I got home because of her

Experiencia negativa: I had a bad experience with Jaqui Mercado, a very irresponsible person. She plays with your time, never answers calls and doesn't sell your property. The person at the reception classified her as racist and never did anything to resolve the problems I had with realtor Jaqui Mercado. I don't recommend them

Experiencia negativa: Tried to apply for a 2 br 2 bath . I called to see how much the application fee was . She told me 50$ & then told me I needed to bring 500$ for a deposit before even being approved & if I wasn’t approved . I could take my money order back to stripes and cash it out . I called stripes & they told me they don’t cash money orders but they do money orders . So she just flat out lied

Experiencia negativa: The receptionist was amazing. She went out of her way to help me by contacting the landlord to get his approval for section 8. And he was excited about it. But as soon as I gave my very last 45$ to process my application cuz I knew it was a sure thing after getting confirmation from the landlord himself. I was so excited because I need a home for my kids. I got a text message like 5 minutes after leaving the office that I was denied because of my credit. The only time I seen the woman that makes decisions she looked at me like I was scum.. I hope she gets a better decision if she's ever in my position..

Experiencia negativa: Won't fix anything on rental unless you remind them every week that it didn't get fixed. Waited since January for smoke detectors to be re-installed. It's July, still not done. Don't expect help if you have a life changing event like your kid having cancer and fighting for his life. They will just tell you your late on rent if you try to split rent in half and receptionests for Jeanne Rock is up most rude, disrespectful and has no people skills. Jeanne is only one in office that is worth talking to but hard to reach as she's a busy woman. If you have to use them talk with Jeanne, and keep copies of papers and emails. Receptionists will tell you one thing then deny she ever said anything. Took them 5 months to replace front door, Jeanne had approved for it to be replaced and receptionists told repair guy no to just make what was there work. Overall would not rent again through them. They are not setup to handle rentals.
