Experiencia negativa: This company tried to sell me a house in Rosedale Indiana. i was told the house was free of mortgages found a mortgage and a lien. no paperwork on the house was told all is well manufactured homes need a HUD plate Remax said don't know anything about it. went for a termite inspection when I was present somebody in the toilet diarena and left paper towels in the toilet on a septic system which will clog it up. the well tested positive for arsenic and coliform realtor said what form, it's all poison. garage has termites per inspection, won't pass V A or Fha. has a plot of land which belongs to someone else on the middle of the property. owner never responds doesn't do email very shady beware. 7985 s Coxville Rd don't even know where the well or septic are. who sells a house with no info spent 1500 dollars of my own money cause my wife wanted it Remax did nothing said seller doesn't have the means to pay for anything beware. Jeremy who that's what I say could never be gotten ahold of and when he got ahold of the seller it must've been in a dark alley he said he was unavailable .

Experiencia positiva: I've dealt with Remax in the past and normally they are who I call if I have real estate interests or questions. However, recently I've called a left a few messages for 1 of the agents and cannot get a response. May be busy though.

Experiencia negativa: The worst realtor ever. We listed or property with this agency and all we got was very poor services. For more than 4 months our so called realtor never did any thing to help us sell the house. He never have an open house. He put an old picture in the display. I really beleive that his intention is to stop us from selling this house. I will never recommend this agency or use them again. VERY HORRIBLE

Experiencia negativa: I put up $1000 good faith money to purchase a home with Remax. The home was to be purchased in cash. I paid almost $400 for an inspection of the home. I paid an additional $100 fee for a further heating inspection. The home was leaking gas which is severely dangerous. I have all the documentation. I refused to purchase this home with leaking gas. There were three small children at risk of an unsafe environment. Now I am arguing with the owner of Remax for the return of my good faith money.

Experiencia negativa: They take nice pictures of the property but I felt that they are more important than me or my company because they are "the best realtors in the city" I was also told that if I dont list my home at their price they would renounce all my listings. It was as if they wanted to buy it for themselves and coerse me to give my home away
