Experiencia negativa: I visited the office in person before applying for a rental, hoping to have an open and honest conversation about my situation. I shared key background details and asked whether applying would be worthwhile. Despite that, I was encouraged to proceed. The outcome of the application wasn’t surprising—but what stood out to me was how the situation was handled. I came in being transparent and proactive, looking for guidance. What I received felt more like a standard sales process than a thoughtful conversation based on the specifics I provided. My concern isn’t about the application fee—it’s about the experience. I was hoping for honest, realistic direction from the start. I’m sharing this in the hope that future applicants who come in trying to do the right thing are met with the same level of care and consideration.

Experiencia negativa: They are hard to get ahold of and there’s no way of getting in touch with maintenance when you have plumbing issues. They are also hateful when you call to talk to them about any problems you have. They also have no urgency when you are told someone is coming out.

Experiencia negativa: Worst maintenance division I have ever dealt with the never show up and can’t fix anything the first time. They leave and say they will come back but never show up. Try to complain but nobody listens at all. Never ever rent anything from this terrible company.

Experiencia negativa: Customer Service has always been rude to me. I wanted to rent from this agency when I first moved to Paris. Never got A response. I called last week and the receptionist just was short and rude.. Update: just went by there today until we got approved for our new home and the receptionist is just rude. She threw the applications at me. I just left. I can't stand ignorant people.

Experiencia negativa: My husband is serving in the military right now so I asked for them to email an application and they told me I could come pick one up. When I told them I wasn’t able to she transferred me and the lady I spoke with was short and rude also. Asked about a house and they referred me back to the website instead of just speaking to me.

Experiencia negativa: It's ridiculously hard to get ahold of anyone in the office, but if you have a visitor they'll call or knock to find out who's car is in the drive. They'll do whatever it takes to keep your deposit, and their pet fees are insane. I left my apartment better than it was when I moved in and they charged me a BS cleaning fee of $175 for leaving a single box behind.

Experiencia negativa: Nathan Bell Realty is the worst company to rent from in Paris. They have sent people over to my house, and without knocking they used their key to come in, as I'm standing undressed in my living room and they walk in freely without any notice. Receptionists are very very rude, and overall a horrible company. They charge outrageous fees. I would strongly advise not renting from them.

Experiencia negativa: Representative (owners son) made racist comments while letting me in after I locked myself out. Also, unorganized and behind the times - but there aren't many other options in Paris, TX.
