Experiencia negativa: Buyer beware and don’t forget to read the fine print. A mower we purchased was advertised as one of the featured items during promotion. We assumed that because of this, the mower was functional and of value - only to bring it home and it leaks oil and gas and won’t even turn on. Went back to the auction to see if they’d be decent enough to let us return it and they weren’t helpful. I get it that it’s sight unseen but you’d assume if it was one of their featured items they promoted from an auction, they’d at least make sure it turns on. We’re disappointed with our experience and out nearly $200.

Experiencia negativa: Worst auction company, somehow one of the lots I won was "missing". I'd steer clear from buying stuff from this auction company or using them for your auction, you will lose out on money from stuff disappearing.

Experiencia fantástica: I bought an item marked as pick-up only. I emailed them and asked them to make an exception as I am several hours away. They were extremely accommodating and were happy to help me. I received my fragile order quickly with no issues! Will definitely do business with them again!!

Experiencia negativa: Bought hose and mower other tools on auction said they would mark it the stairway in house damaged. and parts missing old 1900 s stairway mower was in garage when bought days later showed up outside broke shaft and bent blade no reimburse tools missing they didn't watch nothing like they said and I trusted them was disappointed

Experiencia negativa: I would buy from them more often as the site is easy to use but the old bitties they drag out of the nursing home to assist with pick up are some of the rudest people I have ever met. You would think as a paying customer they would at least be polite but they are rude every single time I go to pick up items and had the audacity to say they would charge me for a card board box the items I purchased were in. Maybe one day it will change or the nursing home will finally call them home.

Experiencia negativa: I called early in the morning before an afternoon pickup to pay over the phone so my nephew could pickup for me since he was already going to be there. I never recieved a phone call back, and he treated my rudely to when he showed up. When I called Rusty again he wouldn't take the time to lookup his credit card login so I could pay over the phone. I had to drive over an hour each way so I can write a check when my nephew could have just picked my items up. Hours of pickup are very limited and if you can't make those times for an emergency there is no leniency. If you can't pickup your items they dang sure can charge your credit card then. The people he has working for him are very nice. Just hope you don't ever have to deal with the owner. I have a friend who will not buy from this auction service because of similar experiences. I have also experienced his poor attitude before but just blew it off as him having a bad day. I realize now that's just who he is and I will take my business elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Bought several items from the auction they just threw them all in a box and several items got damaged and several items are missing not a good job. box was to full and fedex had to re tape. Even the fed ex guy said that they did a horrible job.. So the sales is great but if you stuff is all smashed up or lost it is not worth it. look elsewhere, there still are a few auction houses that do a good job, Just not this one.

Experiencia negativa: Have called, left text messages, and sent messages on messenger; he hardly ever replies or calls back. He was supposed to get back with me by May 5 or 6 and by June 11, I have still heard nothing from him. If he doesn't want to hold an auction for me, he could at least let me know.

Experiencia positiva: Rhynald's has great customer service! Very nice people. Normally clean merchandise and pretty reliable descriptions. It is hard to buy on-line if you can't preview the mdse. I have purchased lots of things site unseen and only was disappointed by one. Thanks Rhynalds!
