Experiencia negativa: Vincent Keenan likes to prey on small businesses causing them to lose business. Then on top of that likes to display his business cards at a friend of mine’s funeral which he wasn’t invited to. If they’re was a negative star option I would give it to them. Update: likes to gaslight the people who review them. If you would like I could produce proof being that I was the photographer for the ceremony and recall picking up the business cards from the sign in table. Thank you but I know reality and will not stand being called a liar.

Experiencia negativa: Sly and underhanded. Had to pay application fee as well as $1600 security deposit with cashier's check just to get your application looked at. Nowhere on my credit do I see they even looked at it.

Experiencia negativa: This person and agency are fraud's. They managed my rental property for over 10 years and then when I ended the lease to try to sell property they told the tenant to squat and said not their problem. That is what you are dealing with if you use them for property management.

Be wary of this place, applied for a rental apt and was told that didn't qualify..the same day they deposited my $1050 security deposit check keeping me from putting it down on a new place. So they denied me theirs, stole $1050 from me and crippled me in securing another one. We are on short notice from landlord and this is not acceptable. Shady....

Everyone in the office greeted me and were very helpful when I was in search of a place to call home. Vincent himself, who is always there and always willing to help, went above and beyond expected efforts in help of my search. Whether you are looking to rent, buy, or sell, this place is hands down number 1. They are the best in Brevard county. When you work with someone like this to find a home it is a very big decision and let me tell you I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Vincent with any of my real estate needs. Experiencia negativa: Hogan's Irish Bar was an A1 establishment that flourished with life. Mr. Keenan erratically closed this business by using his land ownership to leverage the closing out of a spite he had for the true owner of Hogan's. There is a reason it's "Hogan's" not "Keenan's" STAY FAR AWAY

Experiencia negativa: I found a horrific mold infestation issue in a storage closet and coming out of electrical outlets in the master bathroom at my home on Barrello Lane. Since this was clearly unsafe, I notified Vincent that I was terminating my lease two months early. He agreed to send in his team to check out the mold but I wasn’t risking my health by living there. I should ‘t have paid any rent at that point since the house was a risky health environment. But I had already paid the rent for the month, then Vincent personally agreed to a Rent Back agreement for half of the month since I vacated the property and he was able to rent the house to a new tenant. I received my deposit refund but not the rent credit. I contacted Vincent about the rent refund and now he is refusing to pay it even though he did not lose any revenue and personally promised me the refund. I also doubt that the mold infestation issue was handled properly since he rented the house out one week after I gave notice I was moving.

Experiencia negativa: Keep calling and leaving messages and won't call back. I've been looking for a rental and want to buy in a year. No one calls back and only got one person to answer the phone.

After several good faith attempts of giving benefit of doubt, it became painfully apparent that the situation had spiraled beyond the scope of what I wished to handle as a landlord. Not only were the tenants 3&1/2 months behind in rent, they continued to lie directly and without shame. I could go on in more detail. Suffice it to say it was a exhausting and disappointing situation in which to find myself. I knew I needed help and was referred to Vincent by a local and prominent Property Management company. He and his awesome team took on what, to me, was a huge headache, and evicted the problem people within a matter of weeks. Vincent made himself readily available throughout the process to guide, educate and encourage, while the entire Vincent Keenan Realty team was supportive in every way. They then helped me find the most awesome new tenants (all of the proper protocols and paperwork in place). Thank you all for helping me "reclaim" my house from ungrateful, destructive squatters ! Experiencia positiva: I saw a property I was interested in and contacted the agent about it. His name was Froy and he returned my call and let me know all the requirements for approval. There were a few questions I had that he was unable to answer right away and he did some research and got back to me quickly. I was super impressed with his positive attitude and his communication. He linked me to King Rentals and one of their staff Ashley. She was super helpful and friendly. Moving and finding places is a tedious and stressful thing and these people made the experience pretty painless and pleasant. I would highly recommend them.
