We have been with Davenport Realty since 2018—aside from a brief period when we moved to Florida—and when we decided to return to Cape Cod, we didn't hesitate to contact Davenport Realty, because they are an excellent company and take great care of us. Experiencia fantástica: They have been great

Experiencia negativa: Terrible management. The condominiums are totally mess. Loud noises and disturbing neighbors. Never can’t get any type of assistance or even a response from them. Old houses with any type of maintenance

Experiencia fantástica: With my previous landlord putting his home up for sale it was extremely stressful for me, because as you know it’s so hard right now trying to find a home on the Cape. I was very lucky and fortunate enough to get the home that I’m in for my family and I. I couldn’t have got it without Trevor. From day one since meeting Trevor he’s been phenomenal and on top of everything very professional. I was so stressed out with having to move right after Christmas and right before the New Year but I did it, and I couldn’t thank him enough for making everything work in a timely manner. I also would like to say that the Maintenance team is amazing as well they’re on top of everything and making sure everything is right for you. Davenport Realty has been great.

Experiencia fantástica: Davenport Realty really came through for me and my family thanks to Trevor who was quick and reliable and was always easy to communicate with. The process was quick and easy and affordable. We are now settled in our new home. Best Real Estate agency on Cape Cod.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I spent months looking for a house to rent, it was so difficult until we found Davenport, everything was simple and well explained. Everything was done with a contract. The times I needed to communicate, it was easy and I got answers to my problems. The landscape team is extremely attentive and kind. I recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: I love doing business with Davenport reality, the staff are friendly easy to talk, they make finding a home so easy, they give such a good service, I would recommend anyone and for sure I’m going to renew my lease. Thank you for making me feel at home I’m well appreciated.

Experiencia fantástica: I moved into a Davenport property June 1 and am so very glad that I did. My apartment has so many special features including lots of storage and a great deck to enjoy being outside. The staff have all been responsive to any request I made and have all been pleasant, professional and got the job done.

Experiencia negativa: Do NOT use Davenport for ANYTHING they have DESTROYED Cape Cod, they’re Known LIARS and CON ARTISTS! Just look what they’ve down to 6a in Yarmouthport for greed! Disgusting evil individuals!! Stay away & RUN!

Experiencia fantástica: I have lived in a Davenport property for about four years. What sets this company apart from other property management companies in the area is their responsiveness to maintenance issues. Any time I have ever had a maintenance issue, it has addressed immediately, and solved within one business day. Maintenance staff are professional, courteous, punctual, and will keep you informed when maintenance is performed. A+

Experiencia negativa: No rentals and not helpful

Experiencia positiva: It's hard to get them to do anything except raise the rent!

Experiencia negativa: Next time please show up to your appointments or even bother telling all parties that they’ve been cancelled.

Experiencia fantástica: Pleasure to rent from this company. From application through to renting was smooth and seamless. Whenever I needed any help or needed to report anything both Kelli and Mark were incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. Always got prompt replies and quick resolution.

Experiencia fantástica: The woman I spoke to Kelly Oravo, was more than helpful. She was extremely understanding & did what ever she had to fix the issue at hand in my favor.

Experiencia fantástica: Davenport Realty is the place to get your apt. They work extremely hard to get you in one of their apts. The price is great and affordable. Ask for Kelli. She will direct you in the right path.

Experiencia fantástica: Profesional and personable team. Great businesses to work with.

Experiencia negativa: They don’t let me put a trampoline OUTSIDE MY HOUSE!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice people who helped every step of the way!

Experiencia negativa: Not good

Experiencia fantástica: Excelente

Experiencia negativa: They don’t even answer the phone. I’ve called several times and nothing! Left a message, nothing

Experiencia negativa: The lady in charge of Rentals has ZERO people skills

Experiencia negativa: After being a tenant for 13 years (this time..i had rented from them before) and having had to leave after the death of my husband, they felt it okay to charge me for the removal of 2 items and labor to do so..labor provided by their staff that would have been working anyway. Of course, they did not take into consideration the maintenance issues they didn't attend to for weeks and the fact that I had to be go into the hospital for a cardiac procedure during my move. Legally, they had a right to do this, but morality is another issue. The management lacks compassion and the maintenance has gone seriously downhill over the last several years.

Experiencia positiva: Other than no explanation as to why my lease was not renewed after 15 years of tenancy, I loved my home with Davenport. I would give 5 stars if I had been given a reason for non renewal. BUT, if you are NORMAL everyday people, keep a good home, and pay your rent, Davenport is a great place to live.

Experiencia negativa: Beware of Mark Peterson and Kelli Orava the two poor uneducated and unprofessional "sales people" who wrongfully misrepresents Mr. Mugar's properties. It is possible the lapses were genuine on the part as they often appears unaware or even rude as to circumstances towards clients. Bunch of liars and racists. Once they get your money forget it.
