Manny found a buyer for our house but the tenants refused to move out. It was months of back and forth with the tenants. Fantastic experience: I contacted Mr.Morales early March 2023 solely because of his google reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. He was tentative, patient, and understanding of my interests. He was honest in his showings and even when I made an escrow mistake that took over a week to correct, he was able to guide me toward correction and assist me in closing within a month. At the end of our business Mr.Morales informed me that he had also closed on two other properties in the area with other families all while tending to my needs. Honestly the way the man worked, I assumed I was the only customer on his plate.
